Silver Lake private waterfront home accommodates 11+ people on two levels, each with its own kitchen. Perfect for large or multi-family gatherings. Located on the popular, all-sport Silver Lake. Fully furnished home in Traverse City with expansive lake views and beautiful sunrises. New private dock and floating swim/sunbathing platform, quiet setting with ample parking. Home comes with kayaks, outdoor fire pit area, grill, and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors, local trails, and sites. The dock has all necessary hardware to properly dock a boat. The home has kayaks to use, but you can also rent pontoon boats and jet skis delivered directly to our private dock during your stay. About 10 minutes to downtown Traverse City.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The property was very well appointed, clean, and conveniently located. The host did an excellent job communicating details for both check in and check out. We had 8 adults plus 2 small children and the sleeping accommodations worked out perfectly. The host's recommendation for pontoon rental worked out great. I would highly recommend this rental!

Wonderful! The home is fully stocked and had everything we needed. We had plenty of room. The beds are very comfortable! The lake is gorgeous and clean. The grounds of the home were also spectacular, as is the location. The hosts provided excellent communication and even some extras like corn hole boards, firewood, smores fixin's and local wine! A fabulous experience... highly recommended!

My east coast family arrived and fell in love with the house right away. The view out the windows of the son setting over the lake was beautiful. The kitchens were wellstocked with everything we needed to cook. The furniture was comfortable. The bed rooms and bathrooms were clean. Just all around outstanding.

We had a fabulous time staying at this home over the 4th of July! The layout and amount of space was idea for multiple families as lower level has its own kitchen and family room plus 2 full baths, 3 bedrooms, and even a second laundry room. We easily fit 6 adults and 5 kids age 2-13 and never felt like we were tripping over one another. The location on Silver Lake was amazing and we really enjoyed the kayaks and rented pontoon for exploring the lake. Mercedes was a fantastic and very responsive host. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a 5 star place. Host was excellent, easy to contact and response, immediate. Quiet, picturesque location. Imagine bringing your own home comforts, especially your complete kitchen with you. 2 sets of laundry appliances, lower level kitchen, comfy beds. Wish we could have stayed longer. A truly memorable family time for all the right reasons.

Mercedes was a great host! Very responsive and the house had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. We cooked in a few nights and pans, utensils, Tupperware, etc was all there. The living room and kitchen area was great, we had plenty of room with a big group and never felt crowded. The lake is beautiful, and location was great. We would definitely book again!

This house is BEAUTIFUL and laid out beautifully. The downstairs kitchen makes this a perfect venue 4 families of a bunch of friends (like us). Owners were always available if we had questions.

This was hands down one of the best VRBO stays we've ever had! The house was spotless when we arrived and was incredibly well stocked with everything we could possibly need. From the kitchen to the bathrooms, it was obvious the owners put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home.The amenities were outstanding. The kayaks were in excellent condition and made for a fantastic way to enjoy the water, and having multiple TVs throughout the house meant everyone could relax and watch what they wanted after a day outside. Lots of firewood for the campfire and the smores basket was a hit. Tons of outseating for the fire, on the mini beach, or the boating dock to watch the sunrise.What really set this property apart was the host. Communication was quick, clear, and friendly from start to finish. We had one very minor issue during our stay, and it was resolved immediately without any hesitation. That level of responsiveness and care made an already great experience even better.

Perfect for our large family!

We spent 6 nights here, and had a great time! We had 6 adults and 4 teenagers, and had more than enough room and activities for everyone. The space is perfect, the location can’t be beat, and the hosts have thought of everything. Wonderful communication before and during our stay as well. Great property

This beautiful lakefront home had everything we needed for our group of four couples. The home is well stocked with kitchen supplies, paper goods and linens. Even the outdoor grill is first-rate and the host has provided firewood for a campfire and kayaks to enjoy the beautiful lake. We loved the location and would come back again and again! Wonderful home!

The house was exactly as pictured. Very comfortable for 2 families; would have fit the original 3 families we had planned for with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The lakeside location is perfect and it was super easy to take the kayaks out and enjoy the lake. The hosts were really responsive and helpful - and I bugged them several times before we even showed up. Would definitely stay here in the future.

We had three couples staying and the bedroom set up and bathrooms worked quite well for us. Kitchen had everything we needed and on rainy days, we were all very comfortable in the great room to hang out and socialize. The dock and fire pit were good for the nice days. There is a concrete sidewalk leading to the dock that the slight downhill approach could be a little tricky. A handrail along the walkway would be a good addition.

Great house and location

The owners are very responsive. The house is stocked with everything you could need. The house was very clean and well taken care of. The lake is great for swimming and activities and its a short drive to downtown TC. Overall there is not one thing I can find to criticize.
