Close to Saint-Martin-de-Ré and the cycle paths, 2km from the beaches.
Comfortable, elegantly decorated, it has a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen.
Large south-facing sunny terrace (electric awning).
Garage available for bicycles and laundry room.
Possibility of parking in front of the house.
