Discover Villa du Puits Cachés, a bright, recently built house in Bois-Plage-en-Ré, ideal for an unforgettable holiday. Enjoy a beautiful sunny terrace, a spa/jacuzzi for four people and an elegant interior with a fully equipped kitchen. Perfectly located near Saint-Martin-de-Ré and cycle paths, just two kilometres from the beaches, this villa offers comfort and relaxation. A garage is also available for your use.



The Space:

The Centrale of Île de Ré offers this recent and bright house with a beautiful terrace and SPA / jacuzzi for 4 people, located in a calm environment in Bois-Plage-en-Ré.



Close to Saint-Martin-de-Ré and cycle paths, 2km from the beaches.

Comfortable, elegantly decorated, it has a spacious living room/lounge with a fully equipped kitchen. The whole overlooks a large south-facing sunny terrace (electric awning).

Garage available for bicycles and laundry room.

Possibility of parking in front of the house.



GROUND FLOOR :

Spacious living room (42 m2) very bright with lounge, dining area.

Open kitchen with central island.

A separate toilet.



ON THE FIRST FLOOR :

Room 1 with a double bed 160x200.

Room 2 with three single beds and large wardrobes. Possibility of creating a double bed by bringing two single beds together. High-end bedding.

A bathroom with a shower and washbasin.

A separate toilet.



The villa is non-smoking.

Pets not allowed.

Villa not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The house is open for booking from 5 days of rental outside the summer period.



Included services :

The end-of-stay cleaning is included.

The rental and delivery of household linen for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).

The key handover and house presentation directly on-site are included.



The accommodation tax is not included.



The security deposit of an amount of £500 is mandatory before entering the premises (by pre-authorisation of bank card or bank transfer).
