Possibility of parking for 2 vehicles in front of the house.
Direct access to a narrow lane leading to the beach for easy bicycle access.

Spacious bright living room with lounge area and semi-open kitchen.
Room 1 consisting of 1 double bed 160X200.
A bathroom.
A separate toilet.
ON THE FIRST FLOOR:
Room 2 consisting of 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed 180x200.
Room 3 consists of 2 single beds 90X200 that can be brought together to form a double bed 180x200.
A wet room comprising a shower, washbasin and toilet.
ANNEX
Room 4 consists of 2 single beds 80x200 that can be brought together to form a double bed 160x200.
A wet room comprising a shower, washbasin and toilet.
The house is non-smoking.
Pets not permitted.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The house is open for booking from 5 days of rental outside the summer period.

The end-of-stay cleaning is included.
The rental and delivery of household linen for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).
The key handover and house presentation directly on site are included.
The tourist tax is included in the rate.
The security deposit of an amount of £750 is mandatory before entering the premises (by pre-authorisation of bank card or bank transfer).
