Our farm is conveniently situated in The Plains, Virginia. It is 6 miles from the village of Middleburg and 3 miles from The Plains. The property is approximately 35 minutes drive from Dulles International Airport and approximately 50 miles from Washington DC.

The 60-acre farm is in the heart of the prestigious Orange County Hunt Country just off Halfway Road. Beautiful stone house that was built in the 50's in one of the most beautiful settings in the Virginia countryside. Family owned and built, this home allows for a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle for a relaxed visit to the country.


MAIN HOUSE:
The main house consists of 3 bedrooms, the master has a king bed, both guest rooms have queen beds. The kitchen has recently been remodeled and complete with everything you need for your stay. All rooms are comfortably outfitted with plenty of closet space and comfortable linens and towels for your stay. The master has its own full bathroom, and there are 2 additional full bathrooms in the house. There is a beautiful fireplace with a large comfortable living room, a second sun room as well as a bar and formal dining room and equipped with Wi-Fi internet. All rates located here on site depending on time of year. A $200 CLEANING FEE PER WEEK IS REQUIRED, REGARDLESS LENGTH OF STAY FOR MAIN HOUSE.


OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL RENTAL WITH THE MAIN HOUSE
REMODELED GUEST HOUSE:
The guesthouse has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. There is 1 bedroom downstairs with king bed, en-suite bathroom, living room, fireplace and kitchen and another full bathroom. Master bedroom has satellite TV and very comfortable. There is also WIFI Internet in the guesthouse. A Second bedroom upstairs with 2 QUEEN beds. The guesthouse is available at various times so -email me for more photos. Guesthouse RATE IS $350 PER NIGHT. A $125 CLEANING FEE PER WEEK IS REQUIRED, REGARDLESS LENGTH OF STAY FOR GUESTHOUSE. Both places can be rented together; the calendar online however mostly represents the MAIN house, so email me for availability and additional photos.
** THE GUEST HOUSE IS NOT INCLUDED in the rental, if you would like to also rent the guest house, please send me a message and I can quote you the total price for both houses.


The farm is 60 acres and there is ample room for walks, bike rides and anything nature has to offer.

Middleburg is one of the most charming places to explore. There are wineries nearby for a day of wine tasting, antique stores to explore and many other fun things to do in Middleburg and the neighboring towns such as The Plains, Marshall and Upperville to name a few.

There is weekly housekeeping service as well as daily housekeeping service if desired for an extra fee.

The farm and most of the neighboring farms are all protected by an open space easement, which makes for an optimal environment.

SORRY- NO DOGS ANY LONGER- PLEASE DONT EVEN ASK. HAD TOO MANY RENTERS WITH DOGS AND PROBLEMS. **EVIDENCE OF PETS RENTER WILL FORFEIT ENTIRE DEPOSIT.

NOTE: There is no sleeping on the sofas to accommodate extra people. If this happens, the renters will forfeit all deposit.
