Looking for a peaceful retreat to make memories? Elysium at GVE provides the perfect opportunity! Enjoy this low density complex steps from the beach. Avoid long waits at the elevator and crowded beaches. The Grandview East is a low density complex, so little to no wait on elevators! Walk to Walmart or to breakfast. Want to watch a game & eat out, several are in walking distance. Park you car for the week!

This is a family friendly condo. It is perfect for large families or for a couple of families to make memories. Games, puzzles & sand toys for all ages.

King beds can be found in two bedrooms. The third bedroom has a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. Make memories that last a life time as you experience the Gulf coast! State parks and entertainment are within minutes. Most times an open elevator awaits you as you enter the building. You & and your family will enjoy a low stress retreat from the hustle-bustle of everyday life!

Things to know about the Grandview East:
1. Two parking passes are issued per stay. The blue pass is used for parking under the the building or across the street. The orange pass may only be used across the street. There are no assigned parking spots.
2. Access to the building from the street and from the beach requires a 4 digit code that will be provided in your welcome packet.
3. There are security cameras located around the property in elevators, halls, and parking garage. Our condo has a Ring doorbell that is not monitored. If you need to contact us, please text, call or email us. We do not get notifications from the Ring doorbell.
4. You must be 25 years old to rent at the Grandview East.
5. There is absolutely no smoking in unit, on the balcony, or inside the building. There is a smoking area on the premise.
6. The outdoor pool is heated year-round to 80 degrees.
7. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
8. High-speed internet access is available ON THE BEACH!
Guest access
Park under the building with the blue pass or across the street with an orange pass. Jump on the bus & head to Pier Park for dinner, entertainment or shopping. GVE offer convenience without the crowds!

Gorgeous, clean, and plenty of room.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation and this condo was perfect. It was clean upon arrival and as expected from the pictures. The location was wonderful, and Michele was excellent to work with and speedy to reply anytime I needed something. We hope to spend many more vacations here.

Family Vacation

The condo is very clean and spacious. We had 4 adults and 3 teenagers and there was room for all of us. The pool is a little small, but chairs were available when we wanted to spend a little time at the pool. The beach was gorgeous and water was crystal clear. Highly recommend this condo unless you are wanting big pools. Our family enjoyed our time on the beach!

Spring Break on the Beach

Location and view largely determines our choice of rentals. Directly on the beach and close to all of the local attractions, this condo did not disappoint. There was plenty of space for our large family. Low traffic elevators with minimal wait time. Convenient parking right under the building. Morning runs up and down the strip were easily navigable without a phone. We would definitely stay again!

Sons birthday trip

We came for the weekend to celebrate my sons birthday with a few of his friends. In total it was myself and teens ranging from 16-18. It was awesome to find a VRBO that did not have tiny bunk beds as so many do. This had full (or queen) bunks with a trundle and 2 master suites. Also, the living room has a pull out couch. One master has a door to the balcony which was awesome for me ;) Having a condo on the beach at this price was great! The kids had a blast! The building is secure and requires a code and there is not a long wait for the elevator. Pro tip: get Walmart+ delivery and never leave the condo! They even deliver beach toys, sunscreen, beer/seltzer for adults! Any small issues were communicated and addressed with the owner immediately. Thank you Michele for a wonderful trip and wonderful communication.

We are a large family who loves the water. We own a 1Br/1Ba condo at the Majestic Beach Resort, a 3Br/2Ba condo at the Grandview East in Panama City Beach, FL and a 3Br/2Ba house on Smith Lake in Cullman, AL. We hope to provide a peaceful place to make memories with family and friends!

Why they chose this property

We love the low density complex. Rarely do we have to wait on elevators. The key coded entrances from the beach and from the street provide added security. Many owners live full-time at the Grandview. Walking to Walmart is a huge plus! The parking underneath the building makes going out quick and easy. We also enjoy grilling on the gas grills by the beach!
