Welcome to the Dolmen house, a charming stone house in the heart of the village of Lilia Plouguerneau.
Nestled in the north of Finistère, bordered by 45km of coastline, Plouguerneau is the French commune with the longest coastal facade, very indented & composed of numerous fine sandy beaches with their turquoise waters, steep rocks, coastal paths crossing a preserved moor, as well as multiple islands and islets. Île Vierge, the most famous of them, is home to one of the highest lighthouses in the world, which rises to over 82m and offers a breathtaking view of the surroundings!
This characterful location, situated at the crossroads of the Pays des Abers and the Côte des Légendes, promises an authentic immersion in Brittany, and offers an ideal situation to enjoy a car-free holiday by the sea.
In this house, the authenticity of stone blends with a traditional atmosphere, with a hint of sea air and a contemporary touch.
On the ground floor, you will find a pleasant veranda adjoining a large & bright living area, equipped with a beautiful open kitchen leading to the dining room: quartz worktop, refrigerator, induction hob, mini-oven, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker & numerous utensils.
A warm living room welcomes you for a moment of relaxation, by the fire when the season requires, with a pleasant view of the veranda and the tree-lined garden, facing south.
Summer or winter, the veranda fills you with light and sunshine, making the space very pleasant in all seasons.
Further on, a large bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin, awaits you after a long day of activity.
A little further, you can enjoy a vast playroom for children (board games, Lego, Kapla, books & comics) as well as a sofa and television to watch a film (TV, DVD) or entertain yourself with a retro video game (Nintendo NES Classic).
You also enjoy a workspace for teleworking, equipped with a high-speed LAN internet connection (fibre). WiFi is also available throughout the house.
Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with quality bedding (Queen size, 160x200) and its own toilet (WC and washbasin).
Adjacent, a second bedroom with 2 single beds (80x190) that can be combined into a Queen Size bed (160x190), and a spare bed that can accommodate a child aged 2 to 4 years, or serve as a bench for teenagers.
Outside, you can relax in a lovely enclosed and tree-lined garden, take a nap in the hammock, or enjoy a good meal with family or friends, around a barbecue or lunch in the shade of the olive tree.
