Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 170 m² villa with swimming pool for rent in Saint-François, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. The single-storey villa features a 70 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower) and a 1,000 m² garden with an outbuilding comprising an outdoor kitchen and two bedrooms. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The main dwelling consists of:
- A living room of 70 m2 with TV, sofas and an open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, American fridge, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180x200), a TV, a refrigerator and an independent bathroom (with shower and toilet)
- Bedroom 2: a trundle bed with two 90x190 mattresses, a TV, a refrigerator
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160x200), a TV, a refrigerator and an independent bathroom (with shower and toilet)
The three bedrooms overlook the terrace and pool
The dependency consists of the following:
On the ground floor:
- Room 4: a large bed of 200x200, a TV, a refrigerator and a separate bathroom (with shower and toilet)
- An outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas hob, coffee maker, kettle and toaster
- A terrace of 20 m2 covered with a seating area with sofas and billiards
On the mezzanine:
- Room 5: two single beds
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 64 m² swimming pool (private, unheated), open all year and equipped with an alarm.
- A 45 m² south-facing covered terrace with furniture
- A large garden of approx. 1000 m², south-facing and fully enclosed
- Laundry room with WC
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-François, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
