Terre libre, beautyfull old little house in the middle of nature, river view

Relax in the peace and quiet of our little house dating back to Napoleonic times. In the heart of a magnificent biotope, a beautiful river runs through the property, creating a microclimate that shelters you from the heat of the river, while offering you a large sunny terrace in front of the house, and green, sunny banks behind the house where an above-ground swimming pool awaits its young and old bathers. You're in the heart of nature, just a 10-minute walk from the old village of Fayence, or 2 minutes by car. Lake St Cassien is a 15-minute drive away. In summer, a shuttle bus takes you to the various beaches of this large, magnificent lake. The sea is a 30-40 minute drive away, and you can choose between the large sandy beaches of the Base Nature in Fréjus/St Raphael or the beautiful red rocks of the Pointe de l'Aiguille in Théoule-sur-Mer, or the sandy beaches of Mandelieu or Cannes. We offer the possibility of additional sleeping under the well-insulated roof of the little house, ideal for children as the ceiling height is 140 cm at the highest point of the room. In summer, we offer electrically inflated mattresses with mosquito nets for sleeping under the stars. You can additionally rent our cabin "Terre libre 2" with its double bed, outside shower and outside kitchen. It is located 30m from the house. Ideal for teenagers who want a space of their own but close to their parents, but also for your friends or other family members.
