We welcome you to decompress and relax in our sun soaked mountain home. Birds wake you in the morning and reindeer join you for breakfast in their respective space across the woodlands.
Our home has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths with a huge decks around the house.
Don’t miss your chance to reserve this luxury 3 floor 5BR/4BTH townhouse, located steps away (less than 500 yards) to the slopes at Big Boulder and Boulder Lake!

From Memorial Day through Labor Day, there are 10 seasonal LAKE CLUB AMENITY PASSES FREE WITH THIS RENTAL, so you can enjoy the private beach or take a dip in the heated pool, which also has a separate kiddie pool for the littles to splash around in; several sport courts to play tennis/volleyball/ basketball/ badminton/bocce ball, or you can rent water toys (for an additional fee) and get out on Boulder Lake in a kayak/canoe/paddle board/pedal boat/row boat or even a Pontoon and enjoy the scenery from the water or even do a little fishing! Kids 2 years old and under do not require a pass; should you need more than 10 passes, they could be provided for additional fees per pass/per day and would need to be reserved and coordinated prior to your visit. The lake club, and activities, are open, weather permitting, from Memorial Day through Labor Day; there will be no refunds if the lake club is closed, for any reason.

It's a cozy home with a modern feel - cherry wood floors and fireplace. Perfect for families - a master bedroom with master bathroom for you and ground level for your kids to have some space.

The home is fully stocked with many amenities: 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 flat screen TVs, cathedral ceilings in the living room, marble dining table, wooden staircase, Italian porcelain on the ground floor, European ceramic in the bathrooms, large bar area. Kitchen is stocked and has granite counter tops and stainless appliances.
You will enjoy Pro Vintage Brunswick pool table on the ground level.

Please be over 25 and refrain from smoking in the house. Looking forward to providing you with a beautiful experience.

Awesome place to stay

Very nice place to stay. Plenty of room for our group of 10. Property is just as pictured and described. Boris was a great host and we will stay here again when we’re back in the area. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Family fun weekend!!

Great location and very convenient to skiing, snowboarding and restaurants. The owner got right back to me and answered all of our questions. We had a great time snowboarding at Big Boulder and also went over to Split Rock Resort for bowling. We had a very nice Holiday weekend with the family.

Great stay in Lake Harmony! Very nice property in excellent location

We had a great stay at this property over a long holiday weekend. We were with two other young families and it was very clean and comfortable. Boris's instructions were very clear and the stay went smoothly. Location is great as we were in town to ski and it is right down the street from Big Boulder and a convenient drive to Jack Frost. Would definitely come back!

RELAXING STAY

The townhouse was very nice! We really enjoyed the gas fireplace and the quiet community as it made our time at the house very cozy and relaxing. It was easy to get to Jack Frost Mountain and the house was right around the corner from Big Boulder Mountain for skiing/snowboarding! When we needed help accessing the internet, Boris was quick to contact us with the information we needed! We appreciated the surprise of chocolates and sparkling cider Boris shared upon arrival. It was easy to communication with Boris. I would recommend his house and would definitely consider coming back in the warmer months to enjoy more of the amenities and the lake area!
