We are a 2 minute walk to the beautiful lake, beach, pool, playground, boat rentals, clubhouse, and sand volleyball court. We are also located 10 minutes from Big Boulder and 25 minutes to Jack Frost Ski Resorts and so much more.
Our home is 3 stories and offers 4 bedrooms , plus a kids room. 2 1/2 baths. A bedroom with a queen bed located on the ground level along with 2 game rooms which features a pool table, conversion ping pong table, bar, tv, foosball table, NBA jams arcade, cocktail arcade machine with over 1100 classic games and hot tub off game room. Ground level also has a 1/2 bath. Main level offers 2 bedrooms 1 with a queen bed with jack and jill bathroom and the 2nd bedroom offers 4 twin beds with a tv. Large windows in all rooms offer beautiful views. Gas fireplace with remote. Fully stocked kitchen with extra seating at breakfast bar. Dining room and livingroom on this level. 3rd floor offers 2 bedrooms both with queen beds and a full bathroom. Sit on the large wrap around deck and enjoy the view perfect for stargazing at night. Summer only - The community provides 8 bracelets per household for pool/ amenities MORE BRACELETS CAN BE PURCHASED and children under 5 do not need one -
