TY KAER - Charming new house

Welcome to TY KAER, a new house just delivered, in a quiet area while being close to the sea.

Entering the house, you enter directly into the large, spacious and bright living room.
You will find a comfortable living room, a convivial dining room to share good times with family or friends as well as a pretty equipped kitchen open to the living room.
A large bay window opens onto the garden, offering direct access to the terrace.
On the ground floor, you will also find a separate WC as well as access to the garage to store your bikes, paddles or other equipment.

Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms. The first has a queen size double bed (160x200). The second is composed of two single beds. Finally, there is a bunk bed in the third bedroom. A modern bathroom with shower and toilet completes this floor, guaranteeing you all the necessary comfort.

Located only 1 km from the first beach and 600m from the GR34 coastal path, this house is ideal for enjoying moments with family or friends!

The little extras that you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist places to visit!

Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most tourist places in the Pays d'Iroise: go and discover the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (possible departure from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or in the Sainte Marguerite dunes, visit Pointe Saint Matthieu, the castle of Kergroadès, or the museum of navy in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, The Leclerc Foundation in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts...
For children you will also find nearby: the 3 parish priest's school (theme park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing spots are nearby. For those who play golf, you will find several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
