The modern 2-room apartment (approx 40sqm) for 1-2 persons is located in the first Floor of the house. A flooded with light living room with couch, flat-screen TV and dining area is the center of the apartment. The separate kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezing compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishes for everyday use. A cozy bedroom in the attic offers them with double bed (180x200) with open foot end, dessert, reading lamps, and a wardrobe - everything that a relaxed Sylt holiday needs. A travel cot 120 * 60 cm for infants up to 3 years is available, beds made up for you. The laundry purchases of linen and towels is included in the rental. A bright bathroom with sink, shower, toilet, hairdryer and outside windows. In the beautifully landscaped garden, which is ready for you for joint use, invites a furnished sitting area with two sunbeds to relax.   Pets are not allowed in this property. When requesting / bookings please contact your child's age.

In Jahnstraße, this cozy detached house with 2 residential units in the green district of Old Westerland, the former Kapitänsgegend. In the beautiful garden you can use a sitting area. A parking space is located in the immediate vicinity on the roadside is no problem The city center with the Flaniermaile can be reached on foot in about 7 minutes and the beach is not much further away.

Die Unterkunft war ok , aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Am Besteck war noch Joghurt vom Vorgänger und auch das andere Geschirr miaste ich erst mal reinigen. Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist so schmal, das man Probleme hat mit dem Koffer nach oben zu kommen. Für eine Woche ok, aber nicht wieder.

Eine 1 - 2 Sterne - Ferienwohnung (sie hätte mehr Potential verdient)

Es handelt sich zwar um ein sauberes Objekt aber die Person, die die Wohnung hergerichtet hat muss ein Hobbyhandwrker mit sehr eingeschränkten Fähigkeiten gewesen sein (Spüleablauffläche ohne Neigung, Kabel teilweise über Fußleiste, im Schlafzimmer Steckdose ohne Abdeckung mit angeklemmtem Kabel, teilweise über Fliesen in der Küche gestrichen, Edelstahlleuchten teilweise rostig, wenig Leuchtkörper usw. Wohnzimmergarnitur verbraucht). Positiv: neues Bett im Schlafzimmer, Küchensitzgruppe mit Tisch, Fernseher
