Atypical house of 230 square meters, with large terrace on 1 hectare of wooded land not overlooked, with its private swimming pool of 13X6, its private tennis court and its pétanque court. At the crossroads of Drôme Provençale, Ardèche and Gard, close to Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail and at the foot of the Massif d'Uchaux, something to delight All sportsmen and nature lovers. You can visit the castle of Grignan de Madame de Sévigné and Suze la Rousse, visit the Vineyards and wine cellars, walk the streets of our hilltop villages nearby. Here the cicadas like the lavender bring all the serenity of a rejuvenating stay. Our house will welcome you with family or friends, for the pleasure of all.
