The apartment house has 4 comfortable apartments. The apartments are spacious and straightforward designed and impress with a very good floor plan. No walk-through room. Each room is accessible from the hallway. Bright and friendly, furnished with attention to detail, floor to ceiling windows. Bicycle storage and parking are available free of charge. Coin-operated washing machine and coin-operated dryer in the house.

The apartment (DG / 1st floor) is tastefully furnished with every comfort, such as fully equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and various small appliances) open to the living area. Bedroom with double bed, spacious wardrobe and TV. Lovingly furnished living room with comfortable sofa (extendable as an extra bed), TV and radio. In the living room and bedroom adjacent furnished south-west facing balcony. Bicycle storage and parking are available free of charge. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Lage und dem Objekt. Allerdings befindet sich kein Innenpool im Objekt. In der Beschreibung ist dieser allerdings aufgeführt. Dies sollte man überarbeiten
