A living room with a sofa bed (140cm), kitchenette with electric hob, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, mini-oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, TV, washing machine, and all the necessary equipment for preparing meals.
A ground-floor bedroom with a double bed (140cm), window, and safe, as well as a bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet.
Upstairs, a separate bedroom with two single beds (90cm) and a second bathroom with shower and toilet.
A terrace with a built-in barbecue for outdoor dining, garden furniture, and a lockable shed ideal for storing bicycles.
