This Alpine Shadows ski retreat is absolutely in the best location Park City has to offer. Directly across from the Town Lift, the property resides on the corner of Park Avenue and historic Main Street!

Enjoy the convenience of the Harvest coffee cafe before hopping on Town Lift and in the evenings frequent the Flying Sumo Sushi restaurant, a favorite dinner and drinks hot spot, all within steps of the condo. A premier experience for all guests, steps to dining and shopping on historic Main Street, slipping away to Park City for a quick ski trip, a Sundance Film Festival event, or a summer mountain biking adventure, Alpine Shadows 5 is perfectly positioned for your upcoming stay.

Couples vacation

This property was perfect for 3 couples. It was close to the lifts for skiing and close to town for shops and restaurants.

Positives: Well-appointed unit, had everything you needed in the kitchen which was recently re-modeled. We were 3 couples and the living area seated us all comfortably. The enclosed garage was a bonus. Negatives: The walk to the Town Lift took10 minutes with ski boots on. Not the 3 minutes per the listing. Two of the bedrooms did not have dressers, so unable to unpack. No hooks in bathrooms to hang wet towels on. Hot tub and surrounding area were dirty and the surrounding area. Informed property management early on a nothing was done.

Lovely, convenient, condo!

3 couples enjoyed the beautiful condo, with a great location! Nice beds, plenty of towels and we’ll equipped kitchen! Having a garage was super helpful since we had several feet of snow! Thank you!

Location short uphill walk to Town Lift 2 seater chair lift. Very close to restaurants and shops. Bed room sizes all good and beds were comfortable. Nice layout. Dedicated covered parking is great with a (unit owned) locked closet for ski gear. Very clean. Good communication with Property Management.

Great Park Avenue Condo

Overall our stay was good. The bedrooms and bathrooms set up nicely. Great Kitchen and dining area. The complex is right on Bus Path, so easy to get to Deer Valley and Park City resorts and close enough to walk to Town Lift. Only negative was the TV ‘s are nice but no instructions on how to use or what’s available. The other unit we rented in this complex was very clear

Great Location

Comfy and clean condo in great location. The most comfortable chair ever in the living room. Great communication with property manager. Bus stop a half block away, and just a few blocks to town and ski lift. Great kitchen and dining area for 6 people. Only downsides (and I'm being nitpicky) - TV blinks in and out every few minutes; beds are a bit too soft; there's no walkway to access Park Ave from rear unit; the stairway and entrances are really narrow.

Clean, beautiful, fantastic location and view!

We loved staying here! Short walk to Main Street and PCMR, and the view out the dining window was so beautiful, loved sitting at the table in the morning! The furniture is nice, we'll decorated, clean and comfortable. And so much space! Will definitely come back!
