65 square meters apartment for up to 3 people with a private courtyard of 22 s.m.. It is composed of an entrance hall, Bedroom with two single beds and ensuite bathroom, Double bedroom, Second bathroom,Living room, Dining area, Kitchenette and private courtyard. We provide bed linen and bath towels. We also provide shampoo and shower gel.
The neighborhood is the "high" area of Cannaregio. Very central and convenient for all the main and most central attractions of the historic center. With 5 minutes walk you arrive at the Rialto bridge in the area of the beautiful and traditional market, and with 5 minutes walk you arrive in Piazza San Marco.
A medium-sized supermarket (co-op) stocked with any product is located right under the house. There is also a fruitgrocer, a grocery store, a barber shop, several bars, restaurants and a pizzeria. It is a very lively and very comfortable neighborhood.

The apartment was very roomy and quite nice. There was a grocery store a few doors down from the unit and lots of shops and cafes.

The apartment was perfect for a few nights stay in Venice. We found it conveniently located. The hosts were very responsive and explained the self check-in process very well. The rooms were spacious. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed. We were very appreciative of the washing machine.

It was in a good location, but there was a lot of water damage on the hallway and bedroom wall and damage to the ceiling in the bathroom that were not visisble in the pictures.

Nice spot off the beaten path

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The place was clean and comfortable. It was nice to be in a location that wasn’t overrun with tourists. Of course, the minor downside is we had to walk a little further to see the popular spots, but that was fine. Location was very close to a good coop (grocery store).Our host communicated well and even got us fairly short notice tickets for a nice walking tour.

Great location, comfortable apartment, helpful hosts

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is simple, but it very comfortable with a nice little garden to sit in. It is a local neighborhood with a lot of character. Highly recommended.

Staying in Venice

Too bad, this property would have been amazing if there was not mold (one bedroom really smell bad and had a huge black moldy area, really disgusting that could have been at least checked before our arrival and could have been swiped with a cloth), then lots of mosquitoes in the bedrooms…which I saw it as a problem at the first sight since there were lots dead ones smushed on the walls by the previous angry guests. really, if mosquito nets would have been mounted at the windows, problem would have been solved. I understand it’s Venice and it’s wet and on the water, but there are methods to control mold and nets exist to install, not that expensive I guess. If someone is allergic to molds and mosquitoes think twice!!! Otherwise, the owners were helpful and good communicators. Good job guys but suggest fixing the 2 items I mentioned.

This apartment was awful. It appears as if the owner is not keeping up with repair, nor cleaning it properly. There was mold in several area, the paint is peeling or bubbling from being wet at some point. The floor was so filter that the bottom of my slippers were black after one day. The kitchen strayed water out at you when turned on. You had to light the stove with a lighter, which is dangerous. The oven was electric, which was confusing. The patio outdoor sitting area consisted of a rusty table & chairs with grass/weeds growing out the pavers. There was no AC (I guess I missed that in the listing) Only 2 fans when there should be one for each major area (BR's, living room & kitchen/dining area). Or place ceiling fans in each major area. The only positive things about this property was Meno Property Management & the area, hence the 2 stars The pictures speak for themselves. Expedia really should take it off the listing.

Venedig hat uns sehr positiv überrascht. Wir haben die „autolose“ Zeit genossen. März ist eine gute Reisezeit. Ein paar Schauer gehören einfach dazu.

Siamo un team "famigliare" che gestisce una decina di appartamenti ad uso turistico. Abbiamo iniziato nel 2016 con una struttura di famiglia e negli anni ci siamo piano piano ingranditi. Siamo sempre disponibili per i nostri clienti ma non viviamo nei siti dove si trovano gli appartamenti. Viviamo comunque nel centro storico di Venezia e quindi riusciamo a raggiungere le varie strutture, per eventuali emergenze, normalmente in circa un'ora. Siamo sempre disponibili per comunicazioni via wahtsup, sms, mail o telefonate. La via comunicativa che preferiamo è quella tramite whatsup che ci permette di comunicare con calma, condividendo immagini o eventuali link, anche quando siamo impegnati nei nostri lavori principali.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

E' un appartamento perfetto per le affittanze turistiche. Incastonato nel centro storico di Venezia, ha un'entrata privata e solo gli ospiti accedono da questa porta. E' dotato di una piccola corte privata molto piacevole soprattutto nei periodi primaverili e estivi.
