Piso luminoso / terraza / 20 metros de la / pf libre de Puente de Rialto

Muy importante: en el baño tenemos una cabina de ducha durante unos meses. Entonces, el agua que bañó el piso por primera vez porque la ducha solo estaba equipada con una cortina ya no es un problema. ¡Estamos felices de haber podido resolver! En algunas reseñas recientes de huéspedes, puede leer comentarios al respecto.
Descripción del apartamento: Apartamento muy luminoso recientemente renovado con una terraza privada rodeada de vegetación, equipada con mesa y sillas. Es un tercer piso a la segunda. En el centro de Venecia, a pocos pasos del Gran Canal y del Rialto. Tiene un dormitorio, una pequeña sala de estar con una mesa y un sofá cama. Baño con ventana con inodoro, lavabo y nueva cabina de ducha (2019).  Apartamento L 'está equipado con aire acondicionado, calefacción, secador de pelo, lavadora, plancha, tabla de planchar, conexión wifi gratuita, conexión rápida. Podemos proporcionar cuna y silla alta.
La terraza está equipada con sillas, mesa y silla y está decorado con varias plantas, jazmín, madreselva, hiedra americana, bambú ..... es un verdadero placer para tomar el desayuno o la cena en perfecta paz y tranquilidad a pocos pasos de la cubierta Rialto y 4 minutos a pie de la plaza de San Marcos!
Rialto es el verdadero corazón de Venecia, aquí está el pintoresco mercado de frutas, verduras y pescado, siendo frecuentadas por los venecianos y los turistas les encanta fotografiar hermosos colores. Al lado del mercado han florecido en los últimos años, algunos (los Baccari típicos venecianos) locales, donde se pueden degustar los deliciosos aperitivos cicchetti, peces pequeños, tal vez se sienta en las orillas del Gran Canal ... También cerca de dos supermercados para las necesidades de todos los días, alimentarios o no. Campo San Bartolomeo, la plaza con la estatua de Goldoni está aquí, y el lugar de reunión de nombramiento de residentes y no. Restaurantes, teatros, tiendas, museos, todo está a mano, o mejor pie en pocos minutos ... Piazza San Marco está ahí a la vuelta, a poca distancia en 5 minutos!
No vamos a enumerar nuestros restaurantes favoritos, en las que no se le arrancadas, y será un placer para ofrecerle toda la información en relación a museos, exposiciones, eventos, conciertos, etc., prevista durante su estancia.

Maria was exceptional host. Location is perfect. Quiet at night but easy access to St. Mark’s Square, Doge Palace and shopping. Easy access to transport to airport and train station.

Outstanding Location

A small but very quaint property - it has everything we needed to enjoy a full week in Venice. The patio is a huge plus. The location as well as the sense of privacy made for a peaceful stay in the very heart of Venice. The property manager was helpful and always attentive.

This little flat is in an ideal location, yet quiet and with the lovely private courtyard terrace. The owner is helpful, responding quickly to any questions and yet very respectful of privacy. I enjoyed staying there and hope to go back.

This apartment is in a prime location close to a very busy area, lots of food and shops, and public transit. Yet it is a quiet oasis! The terrace is a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle a block away - during the day you'll hear the bells tolling from a nearby clock tower and, if you're lucky, the faint sounds of an opera singer rehearsing her aria in the distance. Mariateresa is an excellent communicator and host! She has considered everything you might need for your visit. Stay here!

Great location

Highly recommend only a short walk to Rialto vaporetto stop. Many places to eat, market, etc. Apt. Is very quiet at night and the host Mariateresa meets you at check in and explains everything about the keys, the A/C etc. She was fast in answering all our questions.

A characterful place; we loved it!

The apartment was quiet, homely, clean and well organised with everything we needed. We loved the quirky layout. The very secure location is in the narrow alleys close to the Rialto Bridge. Mariateresa helped with our ongoing journey and had good advice for us.

Nice retreat. Walk to everything.

My husband and I spent the first part of our honeymoon here. Mariateresa and her people were all excellent and helpful. Checking in was easy. Communication before and during was easy. Property right next to the Rialto Bridge

Our host was wonderful with great communication. Because the weather was rainy we were unable to use the beautiful outside patio. The apartment is very small and like most of Venice very old.

Great apartment

We were 5 hours delayed but the owner was absolutely great waiting til 1am to welcome us. The apartment is so close to Rialto and has a great patio area. Bed really comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathroom is quite small and im quite tall so I had some difficulty getting in and out of the shower. Otherwise a great quirky little apartment.

Home from home

Mariateresa was very helpful and friendly and made me feel safe and secure in her apartment. Location was very central but also very quite and the apartment had more than everything I needed for my stay. Would come again anytime.

Great stay in the Heart of Venice

2 min of Rialto bridge and the waterbus stop from the airport. And only 10 min walk to San Marco basilique. Cousy appartment and very quiet. Friendly host and everything was in the Appartment. We lovend the place.

Amazing oasis of calm right in the centre of the very busy Rialto area. Very quiet, comfortable and a lovely secluded terrace. Mariateressa was amazing in helping us out when our flight was cancelled at short notice.

Wonderful apartment, great location, great host!

Mariateresa made us feel extremely welcome & comfortable. She met us at the ferry & even booked train tickets for us, as well as finding out about events & concerts we might like. The place is so conveniently located we walked almost everywhere. It is also very quiet though close to some fantastic shops & a quick walk to San Marco Square. We recommend her lovely apartment.

Great location. Charming apartment.

We spent five wonderful days here. Just a very short walk from the Ponte Realto, so the location is ideal for experiencing all of the wonder of Venice. Easy access to the vaporetto (water bus) and also just a short walk to quieter neighborhoods. The apartment is clean, comfortable and secure and includes a lovely shaded terrace for breakfast. Our host, Mariateresa greeted us as we got off the boat from the airport and kept in touch as needed. Highly recommend!

Perfect apartment quiet yet close to Rialto

This property is located approximately 20 yards from the Rialto bridge, but in a very quiet and peaceful corner. It is very comfortable, well equipped with everything necessary for a holiday stay. I could not recommend more highly, Mariateresa met us on arrival despite the late hour, and was the perfect host. If you are considering this apartment,don't hesitate, you will be delighted.

Just the perfect little place

This little apartment is a peaceful, idyllic hideaway in the middle of the city. It's perfect for one or two people, or perhaps two people and a child. Our host made it very easy to find the place and gave us all the information we needed to have a great time. It had everything we needed. We loved the little garden patio, and the fact that you just go out your door and your very close to everything you might want to see in Venice. As advertised, it's just about a half block away from the Rialto Bridge, but on a quiet back street. Most big cities are very noisy, but not in this apartment. We slept very well at night. The apartment is also very close to a couple of grocery stores. There were a few mosquitoes, but the hosts have kindly provided in-room plug-in mosquito repellant, as well as topical mosquito repellent. We loved this place and wish we could have stayed longer!

Ideal location only a few yards from Rialto Bridge

This one bedroom Venetian apartment is ideal for a couple. The property was very clean and well maintained. The small kitchenette was adequately equipped and certainly suitable for preparing the fabulous local seafood bought from the nearby market just across the Rialto bridge. We were very fortunate to have access to a beautiful terrace which we used for dinning. The property could not have been more central with easy reach of the main attractions, restaurants, vaporetto stops etc. We found the owner, Mariateresa, to be very accommodating and friendly. She even provided a book with recommended restaurants which we found very useful. The Venice Biennial Art Exhibition from May to November is a must. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to friends and we would certainly book again for our next visit.

The most comfortable and centrally located apartment in Venice!

This is by far the best apartment we've ever stayed in Italy! The apartment is located just a few steps away from the Rialto Bridge. It's busy on the street level but once you are in the apartment, you hear nothing! The owner Mariateresa is very detailed oriented and makes sure we know our way to her apartment. We were greeted by Ferruccio at the Rialto Bridge’s water bus stop. The apartment is on the 1st floor (2nd floor in N.America) with elevator. We have no problem fitting ourselves with two medium size luggage, a backpack and camera bag into the elevator. The apartment is clean, bright and has everything we need during our stay. You can tell that the owner puts a lot of thoughts into making sure her guests are well accommodated. From the welcome juice and pies to almost everything you need(cooking, jams, butter, kettle, fridge, TV, heater, washing machine, air conditioner, ironing board, hair dryer, cloth rack, microwave, toaster, cooktop coffee maker, and etc.). The WiFi is fast with 10+Mbps connection speed. We enjoyed very much of the private and secluded patio. It is surrounded by green foliage. There are also many Venice travel guide books in the apartment and the owner even highlighted the important tips for her guests! Thanks Mariateresa for your warm hospitality and we will not hesitate to recommend your place to our friends and family members.

Live like a real Venetian

If you want a nice apartment in the heart of Venice for a very affordable price: this is for you. If you want a 5* hotel or a stylish flat that looks like a Habitat add: stay away. But you'll miss so much of the real Venice. We used to stay in hotels in Venice until now, but this is a totally different experience. Venetian hotels often are old, dusty and overall overpriced and often with very poor breakfast possibilities. In this flat you will feel at home from the moment you step in. The kitchenette is very well furnished with everything you need. In the cupboard you'll find coffee and sugar (very important in the morning :-) ) and the necessary breakfast items. The flat is ideally located just a few steps from the Rialto vaporetto stop. You can not be more central then this. Mariateresa will promptly answer your emails and will wait for you at the waterbus stop. As some reviewers wrote before, taking a shower is a bit of a challenge, but it works. The water is immediately hot. And it stays hot! :-) The bedroom is nice and full of light due to the two windows. You won't have a canal view, but you'll have a terrace which adds a nice overall touch. The flat is perfect for two people. More then two could be a bit challenging. We liked it so much, we booked another 5 nights in July right from the spot.
