This is a lovely four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath townhouse located close to the ocean with distant ocean views from multiple balconies. This multi-level gem offers a private elevator, hardwood floors, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a comfortable environment for your family to enjoy. Guests also have central air conditioning and free WiFi.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Cousins Trip Cheaper than therapy
This place is absolutely amazing! Perfect location, literally on the same block as the beach and minutes away from everywhere else with lots of space. Everything about it gives comfortable. No complaints at all. We will be making this our vacation home every year. Thanks ☺️

Great place with easy beach access
Loved our stay at Beach Retreat A. Large, comfortable bedrooms and common spaces, with each bedroom having it’s own bathroom and each floor having it’s own balcony. Easy access to beach, bars, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again and had good communication with Vacasa.
