Lots of natural light from being the end unit and is very quiet location. 3 blocks to the beach and Boardwalk. Each bedroom has its own Flatscreen Cable TV and ceiling fans. Living room has large LCD with HDTV,DVD, Wifi High Speed Internet,DVD Player. Outdoor pool, Private fishing pier . Large bayfront balcony with amazing views and sunsets and another private balcony with ocean and bay views. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer, gourmet kitchen with all amenities, 2 parking spaces some covered. Building has Elevator and wheelchair ramp. This condo is on 10th st. and Bay side. Great location! You can walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, attractions, mini golf, and amusements. This condo has the best views in Ocean city! Come enjoy and relax on your vacation! Sorry....no smoking or pets allowed. This is a family rental, WE DO NOT RENT TO HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS FOR SENIOR WEEKS. You must be older than 25 to rent.

Unit was available on time clean and ready to go. The fireplace was not working properly, not sure why, likely due to the gas just being turned on. There were several lightbulbs that were out in the master bathroom. Otherwise everything was great, location was terrific, view was great and we would stay there again.

We absolutely loved the property! Beautiful views, we could see a bit of the ocean from the front and were surrounded by the bay out the back. The rooms were wonderful and the condo was clean. The whole place was beautifully decorated and cared for. I really can't think of any complaints at all.

What a fabulous condominium this was for our family! It was clean, well appointed, and just perfect for the seven of us! We spent a good part of every day out on the balcony watching the Bay. Its convenience to the boardwalk and everything it has to offer was just icing on the cake. We loved it so much. We’ve already booked it for next year! Can’t say enough good things about this rental! Highly recommend!

Ocean City get away

Alex owns a wonderful condo on the 5th floor, corner unit with a fantastic view. The unit was well appointed and clean. We would definitely consider booking again. the walk to the beach is doable. The only downside of the property was the communal pool was on the small side. It was well keep though.

Beautiful Ocean City Location

Our family of eight adults and two children had a magnificent stay at this lovely four bedroom condo overlooking the water in Ocean City, MD. The condo owner, Alex, couldn’t have been more helpful and was so incredibly easy to work with. The location was ideal, with a short walk to both the boardwalk and amazing local playground, which was important to us as we were traveling with our young grandchildren. Stunning sunset views and well laid out living quarters made this spot ideal for us. We look forward to making a return trip sometime.

Why they chose this property

I purchased this property because it is a modern condo, large for big families and its in the perfect location. Its far enough away from the hustle and bustle of OC and is very quiet and peaceful.....yet it is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk where all the action is. The views from every room in the condo are amazing and all have a water view...guaranteed. When we walked in for the first time we were taken back from the water views and unbelievable sunsets from the balcony. We take pride in maintaining the condo. We are constantly adding or upgrading various things based on all renter feedback. We take pride in stocking well equipped kitchen with all of the supplies needed to cook and eat with.

What makes this property unique

The condo will make you feel like home. It has comfortable furnishings and flat screen tvs in every room. It has full size washer and dryers in the unit and all of the items to cook and have large family dinners. We are the top floor end unit facing south with views all the way to Assateague Island.
