Each apartment has 1 free parking space in the underground garage. Each apartment has a terrace or a balcony or loggia. The top floor apartments have a beautiful view of the backwaters. there are only a few minutes by a beautiful beech forest, which reaches up to the beach to the Baltic Sea beach. In the residence Bellevue we rent 17 beautiful, tasteful apartments. On the island of Usedom, which is known for its long, sandy beaches, you will find at the husband and wife Singer your holiday home for the perfect rest. The ground floor apartment has a terrace facing south; with 4 patio chairs, table and umbrella. The apartment is bright and nicely furnished and has satellite TV, CD player, and radio.
