Step directly into the living room with its lounge, sofa bed, dining area, and small, well-equipped kitchen. The large bedroom with its 160cm bed leads to the bathroom and toilet. Finally, at the back, there's a small courtyard designed to enjoy the mild climate of Touraine.

The house is located in the city's pedestrian area. Several free parking lots are available nearby (Station Square, Mail Droulin, and Place de la Marne).

Key management is done independently. The property's concierge remains available by telephone if necessary.

You are in the heart of the historic city via the busy pedestrian shopping street. Stroll through the city for a drink and let yourself be guided by the many restaurants serving cuisine from all continents. At the top of the pedestrian street, enter the medieval city through the royal gate to discover the royal castle of Charles VII and the 37-meter keep, a masterpiece of 11th-century military architecture, while enjoying a 360-degree terrace overlooking the entire city of Loches. You are less than 30 minutes from Beauval Zoo (allow a full day), 25 minutes from the elegant Château de Chenonceau, Amboise with its royal castle and Clos Lucé park (Leonardo da Vinci's final residence). Take the time to visit Chédigny, classified as a "remarkable garden" village, the Château de Montpoupon, or the Château de Montrésor. If you love nature, enjoy the many hiking trails in the beautiful national forest with its century-old oak trees, some of which were used for the reconstruction of Notre Dame de Paris. Or visit Brenne, the land of a thousand ponds. And there are so many beautiful things to discover in South Touraine.

Via the A85: 10 minutes from exit 11, D58 - D31: Bléré, Loches, Amboise, Montrichard, Chenonceau.
Via the A10: 30 minutes from the Chambray-les-Tours exit, follow signs for Loches and Châteauroux.
Loches train station: To reach Tours.
Tours Airport: 50 minutes.
