Residents are mostly long term residents, everyone knows each other. Beach is with just a 3 blocks down. All bedrooms are air conditioned. Hot Water Shower available. WIFI, SMART TV. WASHER DRYER. Newly painted home and upgraded. Experience Puerto Rican Living with modern amenities. Ceiling Fans, Full Window Screens, Hot Water, Full size Stove and Fridge.
The Apartment was recently upgraded and is well furnished with air conditioning in both living room and bedroom. Living room has a pull out bed from the couch , a desk, and has access to WIFI and equipped with smart TV.
We charge by the NUMBER of Guests and therefore allocation of Space is based on Double Occupancy per available Bed.
