The codes and information will be sent to you automatically at 11:00 a.m. on the day of your arrival.

Check-in: Starting at 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: No later than 11:00 a.m.

★ ADDITIONAL SERVICES ★
Dog: 25.€: A cleaning fee of 25€ per stay will be

★ IMPORTANT ★
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Therefore, if during the cleaning of the apartment we find even the slightest trace or evidence (odour, burn marks, or cigarette butts), we will be required to deduct a minimum of 80€ from your security deposit. The back yard is available for smoking cigarettes.
Parties and excessive noise are not permitted.
Overnight stays in the apartment are STRICTLY RESERVED for the individuals listed on the reservation. Any unregistered person may result in the IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION of the reservation, WITHOUT A REFUND, or the billing of additional guests at a rate of €50 per additional guest.
