With a living area of 100 m², the house is organized on two levels, offering on the groundfloor :
* a superb living room with dining area (high wooden table and bar stools) and a comfortable sitting area where the corner sofa and coffee tables are elegantly arranged around the splendid stone fireplace with pellet insert. Smart TV, fibre internet, board games for young and old are at your disposal.
* Adjoining, fully equipped kitchen - with ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, crockery and cooking utensils in generous number, offers everything you need to cook on the spot the right products brought from nearby markets.
Its glass door also opens onto the terrace.
* In the extension of the room, the laundry room has a washing machine, an ironing set and offers a storage space.
* Separate toilets complete this level.

The beautiful wooden and stone staircase leads to the sleeping area, located at the quiet floor:
* the master bedroom offers a large double bed in 160cm, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a desk, a chair and a wall-mounted TV. Its exposed beams and parquet floor gives it a crazy charm.
* The en suite bathroom has a bathtub and a vanity unit.
* Located on the other side of the floor, the second bedroom offers two single beds, a library furniture and storage shelves. A large wardrobe is also available to our guests at the entrance of the room.

* The private, - and very romantic -, courtyard will allow you to enjoy the outdoors, enjoying a drink (or two:-) comfortably seated in the garden room; lunch on the iron table while enjoying the gas bbq; or "farniant" lying in one of the two sunbeds in the shade of the large umbrella.
* Unless you prefer to relax in the 2-seats jacuzzi (available from April to mid-October) reserved for your private and exclusive use.

Ideally located, LE PETIT PARADIS is in a preserved environment, nestled in the shelter of a typical village of Périgord, where old stones have been able to cross the ages. 6 km from an important village (Saint Cyprien) you will find all the amenities (supermarket, important market on Sunday morning, banks, bakery, pharmacy, La Poste,...).

The must-see tourist sites of the Périgord Noir are all nearby: Sarlat (12km), Lascaux (25km), "Dordogne" (6km), Beynac (6km), La Roque Gageac (10km), Domme (13km)...
