Fantastic get away in the beautiful countryside

Absolutely wonderful place to relax in. Surrounded by beautiful countryside. Fantastic places to visit and lovely walks especially with your dog. The hosts were lovely and welcoming and very attentive. Would highly recommend staying.

Amazing!!

Described as 5 star but i'd describe it as 5 star plus purely due to the extra detail and trouble that Martine and Philippe do to ensure the accomodation and surroundings are perfect. Accomodation has everything you could possibly need and to a high standard and the location and views are fantastic. We are already planning a return next year.

Our stay here was wonderful. Phillipe and Martine greeted us at arrival and gave an instructional tour of the place which was very helpful, including how to use the hot tub! They also had recommendations on restaurants and tourist sites. Had it not been so hot, we would have explored the property more, including seeing the horses. We did use the hot tub several times in the evening, which was very nice. The views at the property are amazing. There is so much to do here. We really enjoyed Le Combrielles, Font de Gaumme, Dordogne river, Chataux Greyac, The Marqueyssac Gardens, Chateau de Castelnaux, Grotte de Rouffignac, the interpretive museum in town, and Lascaux 2 and 4. The people are very friendly, the environment beautiful, and the heritage is amazing. My wife strained her foot, but thankfully Martine had a crutch she could borrow, and a wrap, cream, and ice. We would not be able to have done so much without their help! Silly but we left a few items behind. They have offered to mail them home to us which is so lovely. We hope we can come back again soon. Such a beautiful place and wonderful hosts.

Sehr herzliche und grosszügige Gastgeber. Unser Hund hat sich ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist modern und super ausgestattet. Die Lage war für uns hervorragend, mitten in der Natur und trotzdem ideal für Ausflüge in der Region Dordogne.
