Summary:

Spacious 4-bedroom Sioux Falls home designed for families and groups, with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy time together. Relax in the private hot tub, gather around the backyard fire pit, or head downstairs for arcade games, basketball, and a second hangout space. The home also features a fully equipped kitchen, multiple living areas, a large deck, fenced backyard, garage parking, and convenient access to shopping, dining, and attractions throughout Sioux Falls.



The Space:

Welcome to a comfortable, entertainment-focused home with multiple levels and plenty of space for your group to relax, play, and recharge.

The main living level features a bright living room with a large TV and comfortable seating, along with an open kitchen and dining area that makes it easy to cook, eat, and spend time together. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and stainless steel appliances for everything from quick breakfasts to full family meals.

Step outside to enjoy one of the home’s biggest highlights: the private backyard. The large deck offers extra gathering space, while the covered pergola shelters a private hot tub for year-round relaxation. Just beyond the deck, the fenced yard includes a dedicated fire pit area with Adirondack seating, creating a great spot for evenings outdoors.

Downstairs, the entertainment room gives kids and adults another place to spread out. Enjoy the arcade machine, indoor basketball game, large TV, comfortable seating, and space for game nights or movie nights. Guest laundry is also available.

The sleeping areas are spread across the home, giving larger groups added privacy and flexibility. With four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and separate gathering spaces, the layout works especially well for families, extended-family trips, and groups traveling together.

Additional conveniences include an attached garage, driveway parking, central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, and easy access to restaurants, shopping, and other Sioux Falls destinations.

This property is on a busy street so the front 2 bedroom family members could hear the traffic at night but having ear buds helped. The back bedroom and lower bedroom did not hear the traffic. While a great fire pit, no chairs around it (we should have brought some)

Perfect property and location for our large group in town for a family wedding. Communication with the host was fantastic. He was flexible and allowed an early check in when we realized we would get to town much earlier than expected. Also very responsive when we had a few questions. The property has a nice layout with plenty of space to just hang out and relax. The kitchen had everything we needed.Definitely recommend this property, especially for large groups.

We enjoyed staying here with our whole family. There were a few things that we needed to contact the host about, but he was so kind and accommodating. The boys loved the games down stairs. There was wear and tear with the house, but it did not hinder us at all.

This was our second time staying in this house and it was perfect for our family get-together, with ages ranging from 2 to 76. The check-in process was very smooth, with excellent communication from the host to make sure we settled in okay. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, and extremely clean! We didn't go outdoors to the backyard, but there was plenty of space and seating for us if we had decided to do so. There was also ample parking between the garage and driveway for our 6 vehicles. There was also plenty of space for us all to sleep. The beds and pillows are so comfortable, with extra blankets available. There was some noise from the busy street out front, but nothing too bad. The highlight for the kids (and some adults too!) was the basement, where they could play the arcade games and hang out. There was a good amount of games/toys/activities for the younger ones to play with as well. The rest of us loved sitting on the living room on the main level, which had plenty of space and comfortable seating for us all to sit and chat. There was some wear and tear since our stay last year, but I was assured that repairs were already scheduled. Overall, I would definitely recommend this house and would gladly stay here again!

Very comfortable. 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Extra bonus room in basement for kids to play. Appreciated the pack n play on site and some other kids toys, etc. Backyard (not fully fenced) and deck with built in seating. Would recommend!

Host was very accommodating we added an extra night at the last minute and requested a late check out. Place was clean and exactly what we needed for the weekend. Nice to have some extra amenities like coffee and kleenex.

This home was beautiful, cozy and spacious. We truly enjoyed the area as well as the game room. We originally complained about the fact that there were no tv’s in the bedrooms but it made us have to spend time with each other which is why we were there. If we are ever in the area, we definitely book this amazing home.
