Holiday house starfish **** Thülsfelder dam in the Oldenburger Münsterland
The holiday home Seestern is located in a newly built holiday home area directly at the Thülsfeld dam (approx. 300 m to the bathing beach). At the moment there may be noise pollution from construction work in the holiday area.
Awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association.
Bedroom:
The house has 6 beds in 4 bedrooms (2 x double, 2 x single). If necessary, a baby bed will be provided.
Bathroom:
The holiday home has 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, each with a shower, toilet and sink. A washing machine and a clothes horse are available.
Living and dining area:
The open living and dining area is equipped with a modern kitchenette (electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster) and a dining table for 6 people. If required, a high chair is provided.
There is also a comfortable sofa in the living and dining area and a flat-screen TV. Another flat screen TV with DVD player is upstairs (double bedroom).
Additional:
The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating and free WiFi. The entire house is also equipped with external shutters and some with pleated blinds.
In the garden there is a grill as well as garden furniture and children's play equipment (slide, swings and children's chain car).
Parking space available.
The holiday home is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the holiday home by 10 a.m. for final cleaning. Other times are possible on request.
Towels and bed linen are available in the holiday home.

Ein wahnsinnig schönes Haus, dass vieles bietet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Empfehlenswert für jede Altersklasse. Zusätzliche Ausstattung war einfach der Hammer (Fahrräder, Kettcar, Kamin, Spielmöglichkeiten im Garten, Strandnähe,…).

Es ist ein schönes neues Haus, nett und modern eingerichtet. Das Kettcar war das Highlight. Dringenender Verbesserungsbedarf besteht allerdings in der Küche, es fehlen z.B. ein schlichtes Kartoffelschälmesser, Müsli- oder Salatschälchen, Salatschale... es war teilweise angeschlagen oder stark benutzt. Sammelsurium an Gläsern... Leider nur ein im kleinen Kühlschrank integriertes kleines Eisfach... Wir haben das an diesem Ferienort schon perfekter erlebt...

Super Haus in ruhiger Lage
Das Haus an sich ist wirklich super schön und perfekt für Familien mit Kindern
Allerdings gibt es ein paar Mängel im Haus
Sauberkeit ist auf jedenfall noch verbesserungsfähig!
Schön wäre es auch gewesen wenn man eine kleine Erklärung bekommen hätte z.b die volle Mülltonne auf den Sammelplatz bringen. So hatten wir bei 33 Grad eine volle Mülltonne mit Windeln im Garten stehen oder Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wäre auch super gewesen!
An sich war es aber ein toller Urlaub.

Erholsames langes Wochenende für 6 Erwachsene
Das Objekt befindet sich in einem optisch und technisch sehr guten Zustand und hinterlässt einen durchweg positiven Eindruck.
Da drei der vier Zimmer mit 140/200 bzw. 180/200 Betten ausgestattet sind, können auch drei Pärchen sehr gut wohnen und schlafen.
Es waren alle notwendigen Küchenutensilien vorhanden, lediglich Weizengläser haben wir vermisst.
Die nahegelegene Talsperre bietet einen kleinen Sandstrand, der bei gutem Wetter eine perfekte Urlaubsatmospähre ermöglicht.

Above expectations
We spend a week while visiting North Germany and were more than positively pleased. Great location and great, clean house, equipped with all you need to spend a couple days away from home. The owner went above and beyond to satisfy our stay. We will definitely be back.

Sehr schönes Haus, mit toller Einrichtung und angenehmer Lage
Uns hat es toll gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an fast nichts. Wir haben lediglich eine Thermoskanne für Kaffee, ein paar kleine und mittlere Schüsseln sowie Unterteller vermisst. Die Matratzen dürften auch mal gewechselt werden. Aber alles in allem waren wir begeistert und hatten eine richtig gute Zeit.

Ein traumhaftes Wochenende
Dieses Ferienhaus ist absolut empfehlenswert.
Es ist super ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und hat sehr nette Eigentümer.
Wir haben zu 6 ein verlängertes Wochenende dort verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Fresh Modern House
We are a company, BRS International Germany, which installs fiber to houses, and we have rented this fantastic house.
We had four of our technicians living there, in separate rooms and they loved the place.
Good spaces, both inside and out.
A better connection would be desirable, when 4 pcs use the network, Internet is not enough.
A larger refrigerator could be good when 4 people cook their own food there.
The pictures are not lying, it's as fresh as it looks.
The Tönjes family are also very nice and service oriented and they have really succeeded in this house.
Thanks and hope we'll be back again sometime in the future.
