My wife and I split our time between here and the Chicago suburbs. We have 5 kids and 3 grandkids with one on the way. We know what it is like to travel with family and why we chose this location. The private pool with hot tub along with comfortable screened in lanai is where we spend a lot of family time. The resort like atmosphere offering resort style pool and hot tub, Premier 18 hole private golf course, Cabana with full service, restaurants, tennis, bocce ball and even a Starbucks on property makes this an amazing vacation destination
Why they chose this property
The privacy and security the neighborhood offers. 18 Hole Beautiful Golf Course, Tennis, Onsite Restaurants. The pool at the home or the resort style pool at the club house. Restaurants and shopping very close, Publix 5 minutes away. 20 minutes to beautiful beaches.
What makes this property unique
Owner Full Golf and Tennis Privileges at the private Grandezza Country Club. Transferable with mandatory fee of $2k covers the duration of the rental. We allow very limited rentals per year as this is our home when in Florida.
