Living room with a fireplace for you to enjoy a cold night with a glass of wine. Dream kitchen with double oven and wine cooler. Miami style large pool and spa with plenty outside sitting area. Pool/jacuzzi heated-$35,00- daily. HOA application required.

Crockers Month long Stay

The house was perfect. Maggie and Roger were great. We had 10 people in house and had plenty of room!!! Pool and Hot Tub was perfect! We would highly recommend to anyone thinking of renting this fantastic house!!! Close to plenty of great restaurants!!!

Outstanding Spring Break home!

Maggie and Roger (hosts) we’re amazing hosts to our family during our month rental. To say they were extremely accommodating is an understatement. They went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, and when we reached out they were there promptly to help! The property itself is beautiful! Exactly as pictured. It accommodated our large family visiting and more! We never felt on top of each other which was a plus for a vacation with adults and kids. The community area and amenities were outstanding, especially for a family with children visiting. We loved it so much we have already inquired to rent again! You will not be disappointed in this property.

Wowed by this property

What we liked : We were a family of 10, aged from 15 to 70. The house was amazing and has a real wow factor, with plenty of space for everyone. Roger actually met us as we arrived and gave us a guided tour, which was very helpful. The description of of the house was spot on , exactly as described. The house was immaculate on our arrival and needed no further cleaning ( mother usually gets her rubber gloves on ) Very high end kitchen appliances and furniture . The teenagers loved the Wi-Fi efficiency,the gaming consoles upstairs and the grandparents enjoyed the table tennis . The size of the master suite was amazing , the bathroom was incredible and had a his and her toilet ! Also 2 dressing rooms . The clubhouse pool and facilities were enjoyable to use and only a short walk away from the house . There are 2 fire pits outside which we didn’t use but are a lovely touch . There was a number of pool inflatables we pumped up too. The boys enjoyed the pool basketball . Roger the owner was only a call away , we had a problem with a fire alarm one night and he was straight round to assist us . There are a lot of lovely ornaments and nice touches to this property , and also a lot of dusting for the owners 😀. The property has security cameras at the front and back of the house . We had a fabulous stay in this property . Helpful comments. We felt that there should have been more cutlery and crockery for 10 people as always seemed to be washing up . There are only 3 sunloungers for 10 people , a few more would be appreciated. There is sufficient chairs in the seating area though . We thought the most troublesome area was the grass being constantly brought in from around the pool area . , thank goodness for the Dyson vacuum It was always on the go . We felt that the only downstairs bedroom ( the smallest in the property and had twin beds ) would be better use for an older couple Who couldn’t manage the stairs .

Who needs the beach?

To summarize this property in a single word.. Wow! A gorgeous, comfortable, well laid out and well-appointed property in a beautiful gated community, this home is spot on perfect for a family get away. Within walking distance of a resort-style community center with two pools, fitness center, basketball, tennis, pickle ball courts and the most amazing kid's splash pad I have ever seen, you'll never want to venture out to explore the area beaches. We rented this property for a Thanksgiving week family reunion. The kitchen is large with a great prep island. The dining table easily fits 10 - 12, and the entertaining areas have wonderful flow from inside right to the outside patio and pool area. Shopping could not have been more convenient with both a Sprouts and Publix nearby. Owners Maggie and Roger were absolutely wonderful and immediately available to answer any question that came up. In a nutshell, if you are looking for a place in Naples and beach front property is not a high priority, do not hesitate to rent this house.
