Beautiful and clean property. We loved it. For second row it had a better than expected view of the ocean and a nice deck for late night conversations. We were very satisfied with all aspects. Great kitchen as well.

The decks and ocean views are delightful! The kitchen is well-stocked with plenty room for cooking and cleaning. Hooks on the backs of bedroom and bathroom doors are a nice touch as are the laundry baskets. The pool was a family favorite as well as the short walk to the beach. The host responds quickly to questions and concerns and provides a binder packed with information on local eateries and activities. It was overall great.

This was hands down the best multi family beach house we’ve ever rented, especially for a large group, 8 adults and 6 kids we had so much room to spread out, inside & out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The beds were super comfy and having them already made when we arrived was a huge plus. The pool was a huge hit for all after a long day on the beach, but to me the best features of the house are the amazing ocean views, hearing the waves crash and stargazing every night. The top deck was our favorite place to hang out every evening. Lastly, I cannot say enough about our amazing host, Larry is the best! He responded to every issue that arose, so fast and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. This was definitely worth the money and we’d love to stay there again. I highly recommend, you would not be disappointed.

Reconnecting and Relaxing with family

This was our first time to stay in Ocean Isle, NC and we loved it! The home was the perfect size for our family and the kids loved having our own pool.

Beautiful Beach house

We loved this property! Super clean, comfortable beds, great kitchen and plenty of space to hang out with our friends. The heated pool was an added bonus! Highly recommend!

Great Vacation Home

Overall, the house was clean and very close to the beach. The private pool definitely came in handy especially after being on the hot beach all day. Kitchen was fully stocked and had plenty of room for our party of 10. Perfect vacation! Will definitely be back!

Perfect birthday weekend!

A group of 14 of us stayed at the property and it was just as the pictures show. Plenty of space, great location to walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and hang out. Larry was great to work with and I hope to be back another time!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is great…it really is just a short, couple of minute walk to the beach. The bedrooms were quite comfortable with plenty of storage space. Family of 10 Vacation

The location to beach was great! Nice big kitchen and dining area. Owner was always responsive. We had a blast and the house was perfect for 5 couples. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need. Golf cart was nice to have.

Exactly What we Needed

This house had everything we needed. From the great host to the short walk to the beach and a pool. It was also well equipped with everything in the kitchen and baby gates, fans, etc. We loved this house and you and your family will too.

Great Overall Experience

Larry was an amazing host for this house. Me and my friends enjoyed all the house had to offer. It is much bigger inside than it looks in the pictures. We hope to be back next year!

Our family had a great stay at OIB. We were very impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was and loved the close proximity to the ocean! The pool and golf cart were a huge hit too. Larry was quick to respond and very helpful!

Spring Break Getaway

We love the Ocean Isle and Holden Beach area every time we visit. The area was quiet and family friendly. The Beach was a short 5 min peaceful walk one block over. We had access to a heated pool which came in handy during the cool weekend also a golf cart that was available through the home owner. The rooms were comfortable and roomie. We look forward to coming back.

We had a the best time here and hopefully we will be back again. The location at the beach cannot be beat and the view from the upstairs is stunning. Everything was clean and comfortable, and every need was provided for - throws and blankets, games, etc. Our kids loved the light pool feature and bunk beds, and our teenage girls loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings! Communication was excellent - if we had any question, the host responded immediately, and they were some of the nicest hosts I’ve met. You’re missing out if you don’t book this house! Our family loved every minute of our stay!

Beautiful beach home and responsive host

Spacious, well appointed, beautiful beach home! Short walk to the beach with beautiful views. Home is well stocked with lots of essentials, and every kitchen item you could possibly need for home cooked meals. Owner is very responsive- had a HVAC issue during our stay and he had it taken care of in lightning speed. Highly recommend!
