In a quiet, residential neighborhood bordering the forest, Jacky and Anne warmly welcome you to their fenced-in property of 2,690 m² for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. They’ll be happy to recommend beautiful walks and hikes in the area (Sainte Baume, Sainte Victoire...). You’ll have a private parking spot in the shade of the trees for your car and a covered space for 1 or 2 motorcycles. Bicycles can be stored in a locked room. Ideal for vacations and remote work, the Cigalon cottage offers an all-inclusive package: utilities, linens (table linens, bedding set, towels), and end-of-stay cleaning. Wi-Fi (fiber), private covered terrace overlooking the pool (4x8m, 1.6m deep, secured with a bar-top cover). The cottage is easily accessible, just 3 km from the A8 highway without passing through the city center; Aix-en-Provence (43 min), Hyères, Marseille, Nice (1 hr), Verdon (1 hr 30 min), and the Calanques of Cassis (52 min). Bus stop 4 km away. This through-style cottage is attached to the owners’ home, and they are happy to let the guest use the pool exclusively. The entrance to the cottage is off the fully equipped kitchenette, which opens onto a living room with a dining table, sofa, TV, and a desk for remote work, as well as a private terrace and outdoor furniture. 1 double bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet; the mezzanine, which opens onto the living room, features a 140x190 cm double bed. Reversible air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, window screens, and a wood-burning stove with wood provided for the living room. Plancha grill, private pool access. Business stays accepted. Please note that the house rules for this rental prohibit children who cannot swim, as the terrace opens directly onto the pool, even though it is equipped with a safety barrier that meets standards. Use of the pool is reserved for guests only for safety reasons. Breakfast is available upon request and by reservation with your host.
