Custom kitchen with lovely amenities, fully stocked for every meal....Entertain your friends and family on the Baby Grand Piano with wood burning stove(wood provided) and with our game room featuring a claw foot pool table, custom bar, poker table, foosball game table, and dart board competition awaiting you! If you need quiet work time, enjoy the office desk space as well as many other beautiful relaxing areas...and a plethora of books will be waiting for you..

Power outage? No worries, have a new Automatic Propane Generator, so you won't miss a beat! This beautiful horse farm is 25 minutes from downtown Saratoga, Glens Falls and Lake George..as well as the Vermont border, West Mountain, Willard Ski Mountains, 1 hour from Gore Mountain..

EVERY VIEW IS TRULY PICTURESQUE with every season!

Horses are welcome $25/day.. We have 4 stalls, and 3 mini horse stalls, two paddocks and one large field with 3 acres of manicured trails in the back of the property. The barn can be closed up for inclement weather...so warm and cozy.. Spoil your horses!

Resident horses may or may not be at the farm depending on the season.

There are 4 official bedrooms to sleep 8 comfortably....

Beautiful Natural Property

Stayed with friends all riding the Tour of Battenkill. House was spacious and had a nice amount of amenities like a pool table. The pool wasn’t open yet, but the property is very nice.

Beautiful Property - a little run down, but lovely / BUT

We came for a small wedding. 8 people staying, less than 25 for the wedding. Mostly adults over 40. It has beautiful views. A lovely great room. Two small bedrooms downstairs were a little creepy but serviceable. We took photos when we first arrived of any issues, which I highly recommend since just 2 days after our stay she charged us an additional large fee for some "white rings, and stickiness" on the pool table. We will be disputing. We have before and after photos... so... that. Even if they were real, that does not cost even close to what she is charging to clean above and beyond our initial cleaning fee that they charge. She also has very fussy neighbors who do not like her having a VRBO as they complained about some normal volume music at about 10pm on a Saturday night. Would recommend for a stay but NOT events. She is too nervous to allow them, and should take those off of the description. They also do have quite a bit of personal stuff in the home. it's a little odd.

Didn't Meet Typical VRBO Standards

I've stayed in numerous VRBO homes. This one is not up to normal standards and is not as depicted in the pictures. The property is rundown inside and especially outside. A chair next to old bookcases with unintersting books hardly constitutes a library. We were overwhelmed by flies the entire time. The yard has an indescribable collection of junk making it unsafe for children to roam about freely.

Easy peasy, quiet and relaxing getaway

Our 3 day weekend stay was perfect. House and property was exactly as described. The host Kimberly couldn’t have been more accommodating. She promptly answered every question and concern we had. The only concern was that we couldn’t figure out how to get certain TV channels. Which was quickly resolved. Thank you Kimberly! Shirley T

Friends and Family Get Together

If you are looking for a quiet and secluded place to gather with friends and family, this property should be in your short list. Kimberly, the host, was always prompt in answering our questions and she made sure that we had what we needed. First class service all throughout our stay. We will definitely be back and rent this property again. Highly recommended!

The house that has everything

I honestly could not think of anything that could make this house any more fun or relaxing. We were in the area for a graduation but this really could be a stay-cation house. We were there for 4 days and my kids were easily entertained the whole time and the finishes were all high end and gorgeous. The back deck is gorgeous and we watched wildlife and sipped coffee. We were in love with this house and will choose it again if we are in the area. Oh, and the beds were SO comfy!

The beauty and tranquility of a small ranch!

We had 5 family members and 3 dogs for a great stay. The convenience of a totally enclosed yard was the most relaxing part for us. Just open the door and let the dogs run. The view was also extremely serene. We were also only 30 minutes to downtown Saratoga Springs.

Great for a snowy long weekend.

Our family loved spending a long weekend at this property! It was spacious yet cozy. We played many games in the game room and enjoyed cooking and hanging out in the kitchen/ living room. It was just a short 30 min ride to Lake George where we had a blast at the winter carnival! Our host was very helpful and easy to get a hold out. A handwritten note and wine were waiting for us along with a balloon for my dad who’s birthday we were there to celebrate!

Great family getaway as a staycation or vacation!

We stayed in February for 4 days with two families of 4 (total of 8 of us) - 4 adults and 4 kids ages 10-13. We wanted somewhere we could all spread out and have space as well as an area we could all get together and play games and hang. This house did not disappoint! Two of our 4 nights we stayed in and just played games and had such a fun time. There's darts, pool table, foosball, poker/card table, karaoke machine, tons of games to choose from, and plenty of table and chairs to eat together and socialize. We did not get to enjoy the patio, deck and beautiful property because it snowed, but would love to go back in warmer months to enjoy that as well. (Do note that there are only 4 beds so if you have a party of 8 like us, kids will either have to co-sleep in the double beds or bring an air mattress.) It is in a quiet country setting but most things like restaurants and mountain activities were 20-30 mins away. I would certainly recommend for those looking to relax and sprawl out and especially those who enjoy game nights.

We really enjoyed our new year’s eve stay. The host Kimberly was great at communicating and always responded. A bottle of wine and a handwritten note greeted us. There was plenty of space for 6 adults (could've handled 8). The kitchen had everything we needed (i.e., coffee maker, utensils, dishes/bowls/cups, dishwasher, etc.). Very cute living area. 3 full baths were a plus too. We spent lots of time in the game room. Check-in/ check-out process is super easy. We loved this house and would love to stay here again! Thank you!!
