Apartment for 4 people, with exceptional balcony with sea view, and private parking space reserved in the parking lot of the residence.
Located a few steps from the nautical base, you cross the street and access directly to the beach.
Quiet area, close to the main street and its many shops and restaurants (5 minutes walk).
Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of:
-a living room including equipped kitchen, living room, dining table for 4 people, all with sea view
-a bathroom with bathtub
-a bedroom with a 160 bed
-a sleeping area with a 140 bed
-a separate toilet
-a closed corridor with plenty of storage
-balcony sea view, with a table and 4 chairs
The accommodation does not have WIFI
A reserved private parking space is at your disposal.
