Horrible experience
I had booked the room to stay with a friend well in advance . We flew to France for my friend’s 50s birthday .There was an email with codes of different gates and pictures ( as there’s no number on the door) also the instruction for parking . Also owner had given me a contact number for a lady who was dealing with it . When I got there , finding the property , gate , then flat then the keys were difficult enough . There was not much help .When I finally managed to open the room there was no electricity and as hot as sauna . Despite called and messages the lady who deals with it said doesn’t know how to turn on . I was keep telling it’s urgent as I had to take the key to one the park g to leave my car as car was not in a good spot . After nearly 1 hour , a caretaker turn up and removed the hangers in the wardrobe to fund the main switch to electricity. Then when I left to open the car park my car with. Bags in it , which was in front of the spot gone so had to go to the police . Lots of hassles and spending .Even worse, then cancelled my booking in the evening without telling me , so I missed my friend’s birthday a, did not have a place t on stay and no money /bag!!
