It has preserved the spirit of the place thanks to a few subtly integrated remnants within a warm and comfortable renovation. Ideally located, it invites you to discover a region rich in nature, heritage, and culinary delights. Let yourself be captivated by the banks of the Saône River during a pleasure boat trip or simply on foot. Culture and history buffs will be delighted: the region abounds with characterful villages, castles, Romanesque churches, and local museums. Less than 20 km away, the towns of Mâcon and Belleville-en-Beaujolais await you, as do the flea markets and farmers' markets, where the local art of living is revealed. The vineyards of Beaujolais and Mâconnais are never far away, nor are the wine cellars where you can taste the region's iconic wines, accompanied by local cheeses and charcuterie. Designed to accommodate up to 6 people, this holiday home offers a tasteful blend of contemporary décor and vintage touches. You can relax on a large wooden terrace, ideal for al fresco dining or simply enjoying the local lifestyle. The entire property opens onto a lush, unfenced garden, perfect for unwinding. On the ground floor: entrance hall, open-plan kitchen, living/dining room with direct access to the terrace. Three bedrooms, including a master suite with an open-plan shower room and separate WC. Two further bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds (90x200cm), one single bed (90x190cm), and a comfortable single sofa bed (100x190cm). Second shower room with WC. Travel light: everything is included — beds made upon arrival, linens and towels provided. Optional cleaning service (€50). Adjoining the owners' house. Electric heating.
