Magnificent villa with swimming pool for rent for 12 people

Welcome to your holidays with family or friends in this modern, comfortable and very well laid out farmhouse with a superbly unobstructed view of the valley and up to the Ste Victoire mountain. The villa is located on the edge of a beautiful village (Cadenet) topped by the ruins of a castle. It has a large and beautiful garden of 20 ares planted with fruit trees, among other things, with several comfortable areas to enjoy sunny afternoons and a large protected swimming pool (11mx5m) with a bottom to dive.
A shaded terrace overlooks the garden to share convivial meals.
The house has 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets. The kitchen is well equipped, with a scullery for storage and appliances. The dining room and the living room, comfortable and equipped with a beautiful open fire, have large bay windows overlooking the terrace and the garden on the one hand and a beautiful patio on the other.
The furnished patio allows you to have lunch in the shade or to spend evenings in the light of the garlands and the sound of the central fountain... The house has Wifi and air conditioning as well as a private parking lot.
