A huge 1000m2 swimming pool is at your disposal as well as 3 tennis courts. A kindergarten is also available for people in the residence and finally several pétanque courts in front of the residence. You are 5 minutes walk from the market and the city center of Fréjus and 3.1 km from the sea: Buses are available at the foot of the residence (free July and August). Local shops: bakery, Intermarché, Provençal market. The apartment is equipped with a bedroom with a 140*190 bed: new bedding, wall-mounted flat screen dressing room, baby bed available. Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, separate toilet. New kitchen, fully equipped: oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer. A full range of kitchenware is available. Living room with sofa bed, flat screen, air conditioning and dining area for 4 people. Tennis rackets and balls are provided free of charge. Pets are not allowed.
