Welcome to A License to Chill! A fantastic 9 bedroom/7 bathroom, direct beachfront duplex that is equipped to comfortably sleep 29 guests. The home was completely renovated in 2022 and a pool was added to the beachside deck. The property can be rented as a "whole" or as 2 single sides, A License to Chill A or A License to Chill B for smaller groups. This direct beachfront property boasts beautiful gulf views and is the perfect place for a multi-family vacation or a group getaway. Bring Fido along as this home is pet-friendly for up to 4 dogs for an additional fee(s).

You’re right on the beach at  A License To Chill! No dunes to block your views and you have a private beachside pool that can be heated during the cooler months (additional fees apply). Imagine the kids can roll out of bed and be out on the beach in just a few minutes and the adults in your group can enjoy that first cup of coffee out on the deck, where you can keep an eye on the kids and the dolphins!! Your large group will love the double living areas, kitchens and laundry in this large updated vacation home.

A  License To Chill A (East side of the duplex)

Once you take a step inside the east side of the duplex, A License To Chill A, you will appreciate the wide open floor plan with the new updates and décor. The 1st floor living area provides comfortable seating and fantastic views. The dining table has seating for 6 with additional seating at the bar. The fully equipped kitchen is surprisingly large with beautiful countertops, backsplash, cabinets and stainless appliances. Guests will love the second living area with a sleeper sofa and a large mounted TV. Bedroom #2 is found on the 1st floor and sleeps 6 in 2 queen beds plus 2 twin built-in bunks. There is 1 shared full bathroom for everyone on the 1st floor.

Moving up to the 2nd floor, guests will find 2 bedrooms including the master. The master has a king bed, TV, Gulf views, private balcony and a private bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a queen, TV and shares the hall bathroom with the bedrooms on the 3rd floor.

There are 2 more bedrooms on the 3rd floor with TVs and they share the 2nd floor bathroom. Bedroom #4 has a king bed, Gulf Views and balcony access, Bedroom #5 has 2 twin beds.

 A License To Chill B (West side of the duplex)

Inside A License To Chill B on the 1st floor you will find open concept living that is bright and full of updates. The living area provides comfortable seating with a mounted TV and amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. The dining table seats 8 and is next to the fully equipped kitchen. A full bathroom as well as bedroom #2 are also found on the 1st floor. Bedroom #2 will sleep 2 in a queen bed, TV and an entrance into the full bathroom.

Moving up the stairs in this updated home to the 2nd floor are 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms. Bedroom #3 features a king bed, a bunk bed, a TV, private balcony, Gulf views, and a private bathroom. Bedroom #4 has a queen bed, TV and a private bathroom.

Up on the top floor is the large master bedroom. This room sleeps 4 in a king bed and a bunk bed. There are Gulf views and a private balcony as well as a TV and private full bathroom

Rental Age Policy

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.
