Guest Access:
You'll have access to the residence's two large swimming pools and a pétanque court. A garage for a small car is available, and visitor parking is also available within the building. Two elevators connect the apartment to the building's entrance and the garage.

The Neighborhood:
The residence offers direct access to the Golf Old Course and Cannes Marina. La Napoule harbour, beaches, restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance.

Getting Around:
The apartment is ideally located, just steps from a bus stop to the center of Mandelieu and Cannes, and a 10-minute walk from La Napoule train station.
