Located on the front line of the Arcachon Basin, on the heights of the Claouey port, this architect-designed house offers four bedrooms, all facing the Basin.

A private access in the garden allows direct access to the port of Claouey and its typical beaches.

The house has a master bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, offering a panoramic view of the Basin, an adjoining bathroom and separate toilets.

On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with 160x200 cm beds, a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a shower, as well as separate toilets.

The garden level has an independent dormitory-style bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and three single beds of 80x190 cm.

The kitchen is open and equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a four-burner stove, two refrigerators, a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, a blender, and a juicer.

An indoor living room and dining room with a 10-seat table are available, as well as an outdoor table for 10 to 12 people on the terrace, complemented by a garden lounge.

It is possible to park one or two vehicles within the garden enclosure.

The house's capacity is a maximum of 11 people.

Hotel-quality bed linens and towels are provided, and beds are made upon arrival.
