This villa built in 2021 on two levels offers 12 beds in a residential area of Pyla near the beach.
Beyond its modern Gaume style architecture, this house is perfectly designed for spending the perfect vacation with friends or family.
And more precisely, it offers
Inside, on the ground floor,
- A splendid living room, very bright thanks to its numerous bay windows, composed of a lounge area with library and TV, a dining area with a very large dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen.
- A bedroom with a Queen Size bed and its adjoining bathroom with WC.
- A second bedroom with a Queen Size bed and its bathroom
adjoining
- A separate toilet with hand basin.
Upstairs,
- A bedroom with a Queen-size bed and its adjoining bathroom
- Two bedrooms each with two 90cm beds and a bathroom adjoining both.
- A bedroom with Queen Size bed and adjoining bathroom
- Two independent WCs with hand basins.
Outside,
- A magnificent garden of 1180 m2 with beautiful terraces providing a dining area, a garden lounge area and a relaxation area with deckchairs.
