Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans ce studio. Il est beaucoup trop exigu pour un tel séjour. Rien pour poser ses affaires dans la SDB minuscule et dans la cuisine, trop de bruits (chaudière ? Ventilation des sanitaires, proximité des autres locataires et du propriétaire..)de plus il est extrêmement sombre. L'entrée indépendante est très appréciable. Ce petit studio est correct pour une halte d'une nuit.

Vous avez peut-être lu, sur cette plateforme ou ailleurs, que des voyageurs ont séjourné jusqu'à quinze jours dans ce studio et ont laissé des commentaires élogieux ainsi qu'une note de 10/10. Le studio se trouve au rez-de-chaussée, les propriétaires habitent au premier étage et les autres voyageurs logent au deuxième étage. Votre réaction s'explique plutôt par le fait que vous êtes arrivés avec un groupe de personnes à 7 h 30 du matin sans nous en avertir — incluant deux enfants bruyants —, alors que nous indiquons clairement que les enfants ne sont pas admis et que les autres voyageurs dormaient. Nous vous avons poliment demandé de respecter le règlement ; cela vous a offensés au point de partir sans dire au revoir ni nous permettre de vérifier l'état de l'appartement à votre départ. Vous n'avez payé que 85 euros la nuit pour un studio en pleine saison estivale, sans frais de ménage.
