Sunny Side - Circa 1930's- updated bungalow located in the historic district.

Located on a quiet, tree lined street in the charming down town historic district of Wendell . Inside you are welcomed by a quaint interior filled with natural sun light! In addition to the 2 BRS w/ queen size beds you will find a newer 12x16 sun room addition w/ cathedral ceiling. The sun room area offers over flow sleeping with a day bed + trundle. For our guests enjoyment, there is a very large - fenced rear yard w/ gazebo and out door furniture as well as yard games and a propane grill. This home is located within walking distance to the downtown area with restaurants, craft brewery's, coffee & gift shops. We look forward to hosting your stay!

Cute cozy home away from home

Cozy house, super clean with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Host checked on us, making sure check-in went smoothly. Close to restaurants and only 20 min from Raleigh. Will definitely stay here again when we travel back to the area.

This house was very clean and cozy. Our hostess, Janna, was very easy to communicate with. We have always stayed at hotels but for an extended stay this is the way to go!

Awesome little cottage

This gem of a house nestled in the center of Wendell was a perfect location for our long weekend getaway. Loads of nearby places and spaces to eat and be entertained. We loved it.

Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood

This was our second time staying in this lovely home to visit family in the area. The house was clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to the shops and restaurants downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

Owner was great to communicate with and offered places to visit near. We walked to the town, which is close, and had a great time meeting locals. House was perfect, beds were comfortable and we had lots of space to spread out and relax. Couldn’t imagine a better place to stay.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Everything was as described. It was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. We especially loved the coffee bar! Janna, our host, was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was an adorable home and very clean and comfortable. We didn’t stay long so didn’t run into any neighbors. But the neighborhood is very nice. Janna was great and responsive. We have another trip to the area and would have booked it again, but she was already booked.

What a warm and welcoming home-perfect for our stay. Updated inside with a wonderful backyard. Very convenient whether you want to go to Raleigh or hang around the quaint little town of Wendell. We had a little bit of trouble with recycling requirements as far as what was recyclable, so I hope we did OK Thank you for a great stay-we’ll definitely stay here again when my grandson is born! Everything you needed was already provided in the home.. clean sheets, clean beds, washer dryer updated appliances.. The house was completely remodeled and beautiful.

Property was very clean and comfortable. Very easy check-in and check out. Very nice. And the air conditioning is amazing. The only complaint we had which was not much of a complaint, but more of a suggestion, is that we wish there would have been a grill to cook out on.
