About this property

Cozy Condo at Summit- 103D

Our family has enjoyed the quiet summit condos for years and we finally made it our second home. We hope to share our love for Snowshoe and West Virginia with you and your family. The kids love to watch the wild animals and to feed the deer. Bring some quarters for the deer feed! :-) The adults love sipping wine on the back porch while watching the most beautiful sunsets over the mountains. This is our second home and we provide more amenities than most. Please reach out to us with any questions or concerns so we can help you have a great trip!

The shuttle runs very frequently and can pick you up right outside the condo.

The TV's are Roku smart TV's where you can login to your own streaming services.

Great Location

This condo is in a great location. Quick shuttle to ski/shopping or a five minute walk. Enjoyed the deer off of the back porch in the morning. Beds were super comfortable and condo was very clean.

Great overall!

Location was great! The walk to the slopes was a little long carrying gear but the shuttle service was quick and easy to call. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was quick to respond if we had any issues.

Awesome condo in a great location

This condo is in great shape, very clean and in a very convenient and centrally located spot. Short 5 min walk to the village/slopes. The owner's (Erick) communication was great as well. Lots of nice touches to the condo (i.e. s'mores kit, heated outdoor mats, very comfortable beds, etc.). Would definitely stay here again.

All of the little extras add up to make your stay so much better than the run-of-the-mill condo. It feels like you're staying in the place of a man who's thought of everything. The kitchen is excellently stocked, the shared spaces are livable and comfortable, and the sleeping arrangements are a step above. It's so nice to have a real bed and quality sheets instead of the crummy accommodations you find at a place that's managed by a faceless rental company. This has to be the best condo to stay at in the entire complex

Great place with details

Erick’s place really made me home. I was surprised by amenities provided - tooth brush( yes did forget to bring mine and I was so glad that it’s provided. Otherwise it’s a long drive to buy just a toothbrush), marshmallows with chocolates for s’more, and so many. Property is clean and well maintained. Everything is accurate as described except that the king bedroom is better than I expected as no pic. Had a leaking problem and Erick was very responsive and got it fixed the next day. Highly recommend.

103D is great

The condo at 103D Summit is just perfect. While the space was a bit tight (we had two families for a total of 9 people), we made it work perfectly and all enjoyed our time. The kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable (even came with some beer, wine, bread and milk) so it made dinner preps simple. Additionally, the location was great-just 73 steps up the stairs and a walk across the street and you were at Snowshoe village. I would definitely come back here-it’s super cute!

Why they chose this property

After making frequent trips every year to the best ski resort in the mid-Atlantic we finally decided to purchase a condo here. We prefer Summit because of the seclusion from the village. It has less of a hotel feel with it's own entrance and nearby parking. The breath taking sunsets and spacious patio make it that much better. We hope you can enjoy it as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

Our unit will be better stocked than any AirbnbVRBO you have stayed in. If it's not let us know what we missed. ;-) There will be frozen pizzas, spaghettios, mac and cheese, smore's supplies and all the condiments you might need. We know what it's like to get to the mountain late and there isn't anything open. Please help yourself but be respectful. Let us know if we run out of anything as we try to keep it very well stocked!
