IMPORTANT LOCATION NOTES
This cabin is located along a scenic Smoky Mountain country road. Although it’s less than 10 minutes from the Parkway, mountain roads can feel longer if you’re not accustomed to driving in the area. Like most mountain properties in the Smokies, there are a few winding roads and an inclined driveway leading to the cabin. The last quarter mile is a single-lane mountain road, which is typical for the Smokies.

Sweet Caroline is ideal for guests seeking a quiet wooded retreat rather than a busy resort-style experience.

Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the entire cabin during their stay.

Rental Requirements:
• Must be 25+ years old to book
• Rental agreement is accepted upon confirmed reservation
• No smoking inside the cabin

Cancellation Policy
• 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival
• No refunds within 30 days of arrival for any reason, including weather, travel delays, illness, mechanical failures, shortened stays, or events outside of owner control
• Travel insurance is strongly encouraged
• No reschedules within 30 days of arrival

Great cabin in a great location! Close to Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and Gatlinburg. Love that it is pet friendly and has lots of great games if you’re bringing kids (they’re fun for the adults too!) Enjoyed our stay :)

Very cute and clean cabin! Perfect for my family of four, which included two young children. Had everything we needed and more for our quick weekend getaway. Teresita was an amazing host and highly recommend this cabin.

We got to the cabin, about 40 min after unloading everything the power went out, I reached out to the host and she was amazing. She didn't have any other place but knew someone that did so she called and got us a new place very quickly.

Great property, a bit remote but I loved that. The driveway insanely steep so know that as you drive up. Super clean, super nice place. Could use a gate on the deck so the dog doesn’t run off but honestly, that’s all I could find to complain about. It’s a great property and very private.

Great location! Between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Short drive to either location. The screened in porch was a plus with the hot tub when it rained.

Nice place for a mountain getaway! We enjoyed the quiet time, hot tub, and how pet-friendly this cabin was! Also liked the fact that it was very close to the parkway, yet out far enough to enjoy nature. The beds were very comfortable as well. Management did a great job with communication and super easy check-in.

We had a fantastic stay at Sweet Caroline! It was secluded enough to feel like we were getting away to the mountains, yet only a 15 minute drive to the attractions and places we wanted to visit! It had everything we needed to relax and unwind, like the hot tub, chairs on the deck, washer and dryer, tvs, and a stocked kitchen. Check-in was super easy and communication was excellent. The house was clean and neat. We loved our time there!

We had a great stay here. The cabin is lovely and the location is great. We were happy to be away from the crowds but close enough to access restaurants. Having the hot tub was a really nice plus in the screened patio. Beautiful spot!
