Escape to The Toucan Paradise, your vibrant retreat nestled on Indian Rocks Beach! Our charming five-bedroom, two-bath haven invites you to dive into the bliss of a private heated pool, or unwind in a cozy sitting area—(no hot tub). If the pool is not for you. We have a room that is just for you. It has a large 55" TV with a shuffleboard table and an arcade games. Just a flip-flop-friendly 3-minute stroll to sun-kissed shores or a whimsical playground, this vacation home is the perfect backdrop for unforgettable memories. Ready for the ultimate beach getaway? Need to Know

-If you are between between ages 18-24 we do require a REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a camera at th south east corner and another on the northwest corner looking to the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per pet

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.

Great Beach Vacation Home

This is a great place for large families to come and enjoy the beach. Indian Rocks is beautiful and the hosts were wonderful in their responsiveness and ensuring all was going well during our stay! Would stay here again!

Utter Relaxation

Property was in a great location for teens to wander off safely to stores, restaurants, and the beach. Adults enjoyed being able to fully unplug and unwind over puzzles, cooking, grilling, and beach sunsets. The pool was amazing, backing up to the nature preserve offered so much privacy and a feeling of seclusion. Hosts were communicative even though we had zero issues. Great home.

The house and pool exactly as described. Plenty of room for everyone and walkable to beautiful beach. Private backyard for the family and pets. House was very nice and clean with comfortable beds. Kitchen well stocked.

Awesome house and excellent pool

Rented this for a 40th birthday, the place is amazing, only the block away from the beach, nice while kept neighborhood, agent checked in with us by phone a few times to make sure everything was going well, would definitely stay here again

Clean, nicely located, beautiful back yard and pool, quiet for naps, and well stocked...many towels, crisp linens and a bunch of beach stuff. No hesitation in booking this property again.

Will book here again.

As described and great value for what you get. Great communication all the way through from the property manager. The pool and outside space was perfect for the end of the day. Renting the golf cart on the property was key as well. It is a dog friendly place but does not appear that way. Very well taken care of and well supplied.

Tropical oasis

Our family of six had a wonderful, fun and relaxing week in this spacious beach home. The best part was coming back to the beautiful backyard pool after a day at the beach. House is in a very quiet area bordering a beautiful nature preserve. Alan was the best host, responding within minutes to any need. Kitchen was well-equipped and spacious; whole house was spotless and the housekeeper was able to accommodate my fragrance sensitivity. A few more niceties would make the place perfect— such as more comfortable pillows, more beach chairs, some beach towels and perhaps a few board games.

Piece Of Heaven

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was perfect. Plenty of room to move around and relax in this home. Backyard and pool is very private, and perfect for kids. Very short walk to a beautiful uncrowded almost private like beach. Restaurants, and shops are all right there. The biggest thing was the entire town is exceptionally clean. It is very quiet and peaceful. Everyone is friendly. I definitely would recommend this home to others.

Great Location

First off, this location of this place was amazing. 5 min walk to the beach (if that even). The beach is self was very nice and people also respected the social distancing. The house was nice with an amazing back yard area. The owner was very responsive via text and checked in on us as well. I do want to note a few updates the house would need: 1) The tubs are chipping and have a black marks in them . I knew it wasn’t dirty but just something to note. 2) The pull out couch is not comfortable. The mattress is very thin. They could use a new mattress. The couple who originally had the pull out couch moved to sleep on the actual couch. 3) The mosquitoes were very bad in the back area. Keep in mind that is completely out of the owners control. But bring bug spray! Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Vacation home

We stayed here in October and it was a fantastic house, short walk to the beach and had a wagon provided to help carry our stuff which was a huge help. Nice little pool area to hangout when your not at the beach. Great place at a reasonable price everyone in our group said they would stay here again.

We had a blast!

This recently updated home has plenty of room and a perfect location. The nature preserve walkway is close. You can start through the park at the west end of the street or just south on Gulf Blvd. The pool was perfect to relax in after a day at the beach. Everything needed for cooking is there. Taylor and Alan are great hosts. Both are friendly and respond quickly.

Nice home - Short walk to beach

House was nice. Accommodated 10 of us well, and was clean. Pool was a nice size and also clean. Our host was very accommodating. We were told a coffee pot was in the home and there was not one there but they brought one to door a couple hours later and the gas for grill was almost out so they brought a new tank and replaced it in a timely manner. It is within walking distance to the beach and other small coffee shops and convenience store if you are in need of ice, sodas or snacks. All in all nice home.

Everything was perfect

This was our 1st time staying in IRB and it was a great experience. The beach at the end of the street, a pool, dining and night life within walking distance, were a must, and this house delivered that. The house was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The Property Manager checked in on day 1 to make sure everything was to our liking. I would definitely stay here again and can't wait to come back.

We love IRB

The house was awesome. There was a total of 10 people and plenty of sleeping space for matter of fact there were beds that didn’t get used. The pool was wonderful clean. There were plenty of kids beach and pool toys a beach wagon and umbrellas. We couldn’t ask for anything better. And to top it off our flight left late and Alan I accommodated us for check out. This was our 2nd year staying in one of Alan’s houses and we’ll be back next year
