Be Aware of Poor Communication and Not Receiving full refund
The house is beautiful, brand new with all utilities as described. Unfortunately, when we arrived the code that we received was incorrect. We had to call the owner in Germany, and thankfully he answered (it was 4pm US time and 10pm Germany time) and he gave us a new code. We were able to open the box and then surprise...the key was not there. We had to call him again and he had to call the cleaning people to bring key. After an hour we were able to get in the house...Now everything looked good, until we realized that the sheets were dirty so we had to do laundry that evening. Also, hand soap and shower gel was missing in the bathrooms. Same thing with dish soap. We grilled one day and when it came time for refund he kept part of the refund as damage fee for not having the grill cleaned ?!? We already paid a great amount for the cleaning fee!! Nothing was damaged!! I emailed the owner about it and he never answered back. I had to contact HomeAway and I was told that he’s not allowed to keep that money unless there is damage...They contacted him and he said he’s not willing to refund. The homeaway claim department was able to get me back the refund as there was no damage to the property. Also, be aware that all prices are in euros and he writes in German. I had to use google translate for some of the communication. I wish I could give a 5 star to this property bc it really deserves it, but the inconvenience and the poor management is too much of an issue.
Excellent get away
The house was very spacious and very clean. Enjoyed the fact that there were 4 bathrooms and didn’t have to share. Neighborhood was nice and close to everything from beaches to restaurants. Our thanks to the managers and owner who promptly answered all of our questions. Definitely would come again.

Gorgeous house
Beautiful home inside and out. High ceilings and doorways, kitchen, living room very open and spacious. Love the decor and style. Location is close to many good areas.
Construction in the neighborhood generated noise all day, every day. Of course not the owner’s fault. Minimal cooking hardware made it a little tough to cook large family meals. Also recommend adding hooks in bathrooms and bedrooms or over doors to dry bath and pool towels, and swim suits. Master is well set up, but other bedrooms and bathrooms have little to no place to hang towels, bathing suits, or travel kits.
Overall would definitely rent again.

Nice property for a Naples vacation
Pros:
1. It is a beautiful property and the pictures are accurate. It appears to be a relatively new home with new tile, new kitchen and new bathrooms. It is is very roomy and nicely decorated.
2. It is in residential neighborhood (it is the newest & nicest house on the block) but only 2 blocks off Route 41(one of the main commercial routes) and convenient to shopping and beaches.It is also only about ten minutes from 5th Ave, the downtown street with amazing restaurants and shops.
3. The lanai and pool are large and beautiful (but if you want it heated, you have to ask and pay extra for the heater; he has a lock on the heater).
Cons:
1: Written communication with the owner was challenging since he is in Germany. We were driving down to Florida and were planning on leaving Thursday morning for a Saturday start date. We emailed the owner by 9 am our time on Wednesday asking for the code to enter the home but by Wednesday evening (10 pm our time), we hadn't heard back. After an hour on the phone with HomeAway, (the agent was trying to contact him while on the phone with me) we got an email from the owner stating that it was 3 in the morning in Germany and he would get back to us the next day.
We didn't want to begin our road trip without having the access code. He sent us an email soon after but the door access code wasn't included. I sent another email to him and he did respond back with the code. Also, his original email to us welcoming us was written in German. I had to use Google translate to translate his entire email which was frustrating. We asked him to respond in English and he did.
2: Note that the price is stated in Euros.
3: The master bedroom does have a king bed as advertised, but it did not have a king top sheet. There were 2 twin top sheets which was strange to us and didn't really work. We asked for one king-sized flat sheet but the owner refused (he did agree to replace the toaster which was broken).
4: Despite the beautiful tiled showers, none of them have either a niche or a shower caddy for shampoo/soap products. Everything had to be placed on the floor. We asked for a shower caddy but he refused.
5: The outdoor cushions on the chairs and the lounge chairs by the pool need to be cleaned. They were stained.
