Each bedroom has their own TV and the Great Room boasts an 75” TV! Spend time outside in our caged Lanai with a comfy seating area, dining area and a barbecue unit as well as a bonus Hot Tub for 7! You have the newest and fully furnished kitchen to entertain with love❤️ Pots, Pans, dinning ware, glasses, wine and martini glasses… Our Coffee Station is also awesome! A beautiful Ninja coffee maker and frother! You can also count on a full laundry for longer stays… The Neighborhood amenities count with a year long tempered pool, pickle ball courts, tennis courts and play grounds. Just 10 minutes driving distance the Beach and Naples 5th Ave!!! All shopping centers, malls and super markets so close by… We shall be waiting for you to make your vacation the best! I travel all over the state for work and this was by far the nicest home I have been in at this price point. The house was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with just about anything you could possibly need. The outside area with the hot tub and sitting area were phenomenal. We used the BBQ grill nightly. The nice little welcome baskets are an awesome touch and the rainfall showers in both bathroom were awesome as well! Communication was was easy as was accessing the house. Overall an amazing experience, if I could give 10 stars I would!!

We really enjoyed our stay between Christmas and New Years! House was clean and spacious. Hostess was wonderful with all the baskets prepared with towels, toothbrush, toothpaste and any other supply that you would need for your stay. The lanai with hot tub was the cherry on top especially during the chillier nights we had. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Nice little house in a good quiet neighborhood. Family friendly with good supply of beach toys, towels, beach blanket, sun umbrella, beach chairs. Would recommend adding a folding beach wagon to help transport once at the beach, which that is just a nice addition for trips to the beach.Very good communication with the host and responsive to any questions, if you have them.House was generally clean, but floors could use more cleaning attention between guests.Overall a nice place to stay.

Naples gem

Great property close to all the action in Naples. Owner provides all amenities plus more!! Great stay. Screened porch with wonderful seating and hot tub are nice features. We stayed to access the Everglades.

Naples Getaway

This house was perfect for our Family group vacation. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is very well kept. We appreciated Cynthia's communication and her small personal touches for our stay. We would recommend this house to anyone.

Great Location

This house is perfect for couples or families. There was a lot of attention to detail. The host was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed our 2 days, close to many great restaurants and the beach. I love that each room had a basket with basic needs if you forgot anything! Will be back!

Great rental. Extremely clean and well apporinted! As pictured/described. When our travel plans went awry due to the crazy weather spring brea week, the host Cindy went above and beyond to help. When my daughter and I got our flight delayed and moved to two days later, but my mother-in-law didn't and arrived in the middle of the night two days before us with no transportation, Cindy not only provided a private ride service option, but personally checked on my MIL after she (the host) herself arrived after travel delays. She even took my MIL out to lunch the following day as my MIL did not have a car. Extremely sweet and personal service! The house itself is good, just what you see in the photos, nicely remodeled and tastefully updated. The Ninja coffee maker is a bit fiddly, if you are not used to one; I would have preferred just a simple coffeemaker that I didn't have to read the manual to use, but that's just me. It does everything, though, grounds, kcups, iced, froth, and so forth so all options are there. And if you are sleep impaired, like I was, just a heads up, all the beach chairs and towels are in the laundry room! Took me a minute to figure that out. My one small complaint is that the hot tub (Hot Springs Relay, premium brand) became very frothy when I turned the jets up. Not a big deal, we just kept the jets turned down, but it would have been nice to have a serious jet massage without it being like I was in a very soapy bubble bath. It was still a very nice perk.
