We always strive to provide our guests with a 5-star experience and a comfortable stay. We acknowledge your comments about potential upgrades and will certainly take them into consideration for future improvements(please message me with what they are). However, we would like to address a few points for the benefit of our future guests: Maintenance and Upgrades: Our property is regularly maintained and updated to ensure everything is in top condition. This is our personal property and only Airbnb, so I am on site staying there very regularly. If there were specific issues you encountered, we would have appreciated the opportunity to address them during your stay the multiple times we chatted be a text message and when I was at the property personally with the pool guy during your stay. Televisions: The number of TVs in the property is listed in the property description as well as in the photos. We strive to provide accurate details so guests can have realistic expectations before booking. Pool Safety: The safety of our guests is our top priority. Our pool area is regularly inspected and maintained 1-2 times a week to meet safety standards. We encourage all guests to use caution around wet areas to prevent any slips or falls. I really wish these issues were brought to our attention immediately so we could have strived harder to fix any issue, make you happy and get a better review from you. As you can see, this is the first bad and non 5-star review that we have had which certainly makes a huge difference in our potential to get booked in the future and ultimately hurts the success of our small family business. We do truly value all feedback as it helps us improve and continue to provide excellent service. Thank you again for your stay and your comments.

Thank you for the feedback, and I'm sorry the pool didn't live up to what you were looking forward to. You're right that we should have followed up about the cleaning system while you were here, and I apologize for that. For future guests reading this: the saltwater pool is available to heat for a fee from March/April through Sept/October and is not heated by default. The automatic cleaning system did have an issue during this stay, which has since been fully repaired and is back to normal. The pool is a highlight of this home and we take it seriously, so we've tightened our process to make sure nothing like this slips through again. Thank you for staying with us.
